Behavior Prediction of the components of the startups' development is an inseparable part of the evolution process in today's expanding market. These businesses have an important role in innovations that lead to technology changes and enhancement of production ability. Moreover, the creation and development of these businesses are important policies for the creation of new jobs, economic situation improvement speed-up, and the countries development. Usually, these businesses are low cost, they form on new technologies platform, and sometimes they make technology improvement. Due to their repeatability and scalability, their growth curve is exponential, they have high acceleration and an important role in economic development, and they are along with policies of the resistive economy. So, these businesses need special considerations. Obtaining required resources for set up and continuity of them and strategies for their success and improvement always are problems for entrepreneurs that endangered the life of these businesses. In this research, the factors of startups' success are extracted, and the neural network approach is used to determine the best strategies for improvement and success of the businesses based on simulations and different scenarios and behavior of the dynamic model for each of the scenarios. After identification of the effective variables on success and improvement of the startups, the relationship among the variables and subsystems are investigated. The simulations are performed by MATLAB, and the results show the efficiency and accuracy of the approach.
