بافت‌هاي تاريخي امروزه به عنوان امري مهم براي ارتقاي فرهنگ هر جامعه‌اي و همچنين ايجاد يك فضاي شهري سرزنده تلقي مي‌شود. با توجه به اهميت بافت‌هاي تاريخي، نگهداري، ساماندهي و باز زنده‌سازي آن‌ها امري مهم مي‌نمايد. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش ارائه راهكاري به منظور باز زنده‌سازي محله‌ي واقع در جنوب بازار زنجان از طريق طراحي مركز محله و فضاهاي شهري ديگر براي رفع نياز‌هاي ساكنين و تقويت پويايي محله مي‌باشد. از مهمترين ظرفيت‌هاي بالقوه‌ي اجتماعي و فرهنگي بافت تاريخي شهر زنجان، علاقه‌مندي و دلبستگي ساكنين نسبت به محله‌هاي تاريخي و هويت انساني و ساختماني اين بافت و همچنين وجود بناهاي تاريخي با ارزش و بازار تاريخي است كه ميتوان از آن در راستاي ايجاد يكپارچگي كالبدي در طرح‌هاي احياي اين بافت استفاده كرد. يكي ديگر از مهم‌ترين ظرفيت‌هاي كالبدي اين بافت، وجود بناهاي كهن سال سرشار از الگوهاي بومي معماري و ساختمان شهر تاريخي زنجان است كه با كاربري‌هاي مختلف در اطراف بازار تاريخي زنجان قرار گرفته‌اند. با استفاده از پتانسيل وجود اين بناها و بازار تاريخي مي‌توان در جهت ايجاد يكپارچگي در بافت اقدام كرد. از مهمترين عوامل تخريب اين بافت تاريخي نيز مي‌توان به مديريت ضعيف سازمان‌هاي شهري، فرسودگي ساختماني، تخريب و برهم زدن پيوستگي اصيل بافت تاريخي محله و ساخت ساختمان‌هاي جديد فاقد ارزش معماري و ناهمگون با بافت تاريخي اشاره كرد. در اين پژوهش و طرح، ارزشهاي بافت تاريخي از جنبه‌هاي معماري و فنآوري، محيط طبيعي، سياست، اقتصاد، اجتماع و قوانين و ضوابط بررسي شد. سپس روش‌هاي اجرائي باززنده‌سازي،يكپارچگي و حفاظت ميراث شهري و معماري محلات بازار و سقالر و بناهاي تاريخي اطراف تشريح گرديد. باززنده‌سازي اين محلات از طريق طراحي ميان افزاي برخي مركز محله و ديگر فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي براي تقويت حس مكان و پويايي تسهيل كننده اين جريان مي‌باشند. واژه‌هاي كليدي: محلات بازار و سقالر زنجان، باززنده‌سازي شهري، مركز محله، ارزش‌هاي هويتي

Revitalization and Restration of Neighborhood Located in South of Zanjan’s Bazar (With Emphasis on Restoration and Organization of Neighborhood Center)

Nowadays, historical tissues are important for improving culture of every society as well as for creating a vibrant urban environment. Given the importance of historical tissues, their preservation, organization and regeneration are important. The main purpose of this study is to provide a solution to revitalize the neighborhood in the south of Zanjan’s Bazar by designing the neighborhood center and other urban spaces to meet the needs of the residents and enhance the neighborhood dynamics. One of the most important social and cultural potentials of the historical context of Zanjan is the interest of the residents towards the historical neighborhoods and the human and structural identity of the city, as well as the existence of valuable monuments and historical Bazar that can be used to create physical integration in the restoration plans. One of the most important physical capacities of this texture is the presence of ancient monuments full of indigenous patterns of architecture and historical building of Zanjan which is located around the historical market of Zanjan with different uses. By using the potential of these monuments and the historical market, we can integrate them into the Tissues. One of the most important factors in the demolition of this historic Tissues can be attributed to poor management of urban organizations, structural burnout, demolition and disruption of the original historical texture of the neighborhood and the construction of new buildings lacking architectural value and heterogeneous with historical texture. In this research and design, the values of the historical tissues from the aspects of architecture and technology, the natural environment, politics, economics, society and the rules and regulations were examined. Implemented methods of regeneration, integration, and preservation of urban heritage and architecture of the Bazar and surrounding neighborhoods and monuments were then described. Revitalizing these neighborhoods through facilitating the design of some neighborhood centers and other community activities to enhance the sense of place and dynamism facilitates this process.
