n this research, the beginning and expansion of the progressive collapse of steel structure with eccentrically braced were modeled dynamically due to the collision of the vehicle with the ground floor columns. For this purpose, three structures with similar system with four, eight and twelve stories were designed in accordance with Iranian national standards designed using ETABS software and loaded by linear Static analysis, and then were modeled and loaded in SAP2000 software by nonlinear dynamic analysis. By performing nonlinear time history dynamical analysis, the critical forces for the collapsed First Floor columns in each structure were determined by correct and error, and then by using physics relationships, the critical velocities for vehicles with four, eight and twelve tons’ masses were determined. In the next step, the progressive collapse of the structure after the impacted column destruction was investigated. This modeling’s were performed by sudden column elimination method using nonlinear dynamic time history analysis and the results showed that in which level the other members are, IO levels (continuous use), LS (lateral safety), CP (collapse prevention), depending on the amount of their plastic Hinge after the column failure. In the last step, the progressive collapse of the structures was modeled together with the effect of impact on the column. The results showed that with the effect of impact, vertical displacement of joints were more than the progressive destruction by column removal method. And in this analysis, more damage is done to the structure.
