The ultimate purpose of Neuroleadership is recognizing the brain function, discovering the relationship between brain functions and organizational behavior, leaders, and management approach, job performance improvement, and management and leadership methods modification. In this research, we investigated individual differences related to different individuals’ efficiency and brain structures have a major role in the formation of elegances and complexities of different approaches in managers’ competencies.
Investigating managers’ mental patterns, we are seeking to determine affecting factors on managers’ competencies indicators in order to investigate and review the structural differences in managers competency models from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience. Firstly, we extracted leaders’ mental competency indicators from the Neuroleadership perspective via content analysis. In this stage, indicators were determined with the use of field studied and with the aid of interviewing 11 scientific and experimental experts. Findings of this stage are determining and classifying the indicators in five categories including personal, interpersonal, organizational, meta-organizational and functional indicators. In the second step, the model based on the obtained indicators was represented via Dematel-ISM method and distributing the questionaries among 9 scientific and experimental experts and in the last step the validation of the model was performed via PLS-ANN approach.
