مديريت ارتباطات، يكي از فرآيند هاي اصلي مديريت پروژه است. و همچنين در عملكرد مديريت پروژه ها نيز بسيار تاثير گذار است. يكي ديگر از بحث هاي مهم در حوزه ي مديريت پروژه، بررسي عملكرد پروژه ها از نظر تحقق اهداف در چارچوب هاي مقرر شده است. شناسايي و توسعه اين معيار ها به ارزيابي دقيق از عملكرد پروژه ها كمك مي كند. و دلايل موفقيت و شكست پروژه ها را مشخص مي كند. در اين پايان نامه به بررسي تاثير مديريت ارتباطات در عملكرد مديريت پروژه ها پرداخته شده است. و تمركز آن بر پروژه هاي نفت و گاز است. در فرآيند مديريت ارتباطات، هشت عامل تاثير گذار شناسايي شده است و به تفصيل به بحث و بررسي آن ها پرداخته شده است. همچنين در شناسايي و معرفي معيار هاي اصلي در ارزيابي عملكرد مديريت پروژه نيز، علاوه بر سه معيار زمان، هزينه و كيفيت دو عامل تاثير گذار ديگر، ايمني و محيط زيست نيز معرفي شده است. در اين پايان نامه مدل تفصيلي، عوامل تاثير گذار در مديريت ارتباطات بر معيار هاي عملكرد مديريت پروژه ارائه شده است. و فرضيه پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاري، آزمون شده است. و فرضيه، تاثير مديريت ارتباطات بر عملكرد مديريت پروژه، مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. همچنين از هشت عامل تاثير گذار در فرآيند مديريت ارتباطات پروژه سه عامل برنامه ريزي ارتباطات، مدير پروژه و زير ساخت هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات از مهمترين عوامل تاثير گذار در فرآيند مديريت ارتباطات شناسايي شده است. واژه هاي كليدي: مديريت ارتباطات، عملكرد مديريت پروژه، مدل معادلات ساختاري

Impact of communication management on project management performance (Case study: oil and gas projects)

Communication management is one of the main processes of project management and is effective in performance of project management. Analysing the project performance in terms of achieving goals is one of the important topics in the project management. Identification and extension of these criteria helping to evaluation of performance of projects and examine the reasons for their success and failure. This research examines the impact of communication management on the performance of project management (case study: oil and gas projects). In the process of communication management, we have identified eight effective factors that we discuss in detail. In addition to introducing the main criteria for evaluating project management are time, cost and quality and two other effective factor safety and environment. In this thesis, a detailed model of the factors influencing communication management on the performance criteria of the project management is presented. Also the hypothesis of the research is tested using the structural equation method. The results show that the impact of communication management on the performance of project management. Although eight factors that affect on the communication management process, three factors: communication planning, project manager and information and communication infrastructures are among the most important.
