با وقوع انقلاب صنعتي، پيامدهاي منفي زيست محيطي در جهان اتفاق افتاد كه ناشي از عدم توجه صحيح توسعه هاي اقتصادي و تأثير آن بر محيط زيستِ طبيعي بود. با گسترش بحث هاي گوناگون پيرامون اين موضوع و درك عميق تر از نتايج مخرب اين گونه توسعه ها پارادايم پايداري در جهان شكل گرفت. پارادايم پايداري را مي توان رايج ترين و كاربردي ترين پارادايم قرن حاضر دانست. اين مفهوم را مي توان با تمامي امور مربوط به زندگي روزمره مرتبط دانست كه البته معرفي ابعاد سه گانه آن در رابطه با اجتماع، اقتصاد و محيط زيست گواهي بر اين ادعاست. بسياري از صاحب نظران ريشه هاي پيدايش اين پارادايم را مرتبط با به وجود آمدن شرايط نابه سامان زيست محيطي ناشي از توسعه هاي بي قاعده بخصوص در زمينه هاي اقتصادي مي دانند. يكي از زمينه هايي كه پس از تكوين اين پارادايم به شدت مورد توجه قرار گرفت مرتبط با توسعه هاي شهري و محلي بخصوص در كلان شهرها و البته به دنبال افزايش جمعيت شهرنشين ايجاد گرديد كه به توسعه شهري پايدار معروف شد. بقاي انسان وابسته به تطبيق ما و سكونت گاه هاي ما با شيوه هاي پايدار حيات است. در اين راه بايد از طراحي مكان هايي كه بازتاب دهنده ي ارتباط متقابل هوا، خاك، آب، زندگي و فرهنگ باشند و به ما در احساس و درك اين ارتباطات كمك نمايند، بهره گرفت. مكان هايي كه عملكردي پايدار، معنادار، ماهرانه و هوشمند باشند. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن، در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﯿﺶ از ﺳﻪ دﻫﻪ ﺑﺤﺚ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ آن ﺟﺎي وﺳﯿﻌﯽ در ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﺎز ﮐﺮده اﺳـﺖ . در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺎرﯾﻒ و ﻣﻔـﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺑﺴـﯿﺎري ﮐـﻪ از ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﻠﯽ، ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي، ﺑـﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠـﯽ و ﺷـﻬﺮي ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار در ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﻫﻨﻮز ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﯿﺖ روﺷﻨﯽ ﻧﺮﺳـﯿﺪه اﺑﻌﺎد آن ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪي ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. محلات شهري، پايداري و توسعه پايدار اكولوژيك در قالب يك موضوع بحث اصلي اين پژوهش مي باشند. در ابتداي پژوهش با طرح سؤالاتي، به دنبال يافتن پاسخ هايي شفاف هستيم. در راستاي دستيابي به پاسخ هاي صحيح براي پرسش هاي مطرح شده ضمن پايش آراء و انديشه هاي صاحب نظران و انديشمندان داخلي و خارجي و با رجوع و بررسي تجارب موفق در زمينه موضوع پژوهش به اصول مشتركي دست مي يابيم و با شناخت و تحليل بستر تحقيق ( شامل محلات زيبادشت بالا،شهرك لاله،شهرك چشمه واقع در منطقه 22) بر اساس اصول منتج از مباني نظري پژوهش ضمن مشاهدات ميداني و مصاحبه با ساكنين جايگاه محله در مقايسه با شرايط ايده آل پايداري اكولوژيك مورد سنجش واقع شده در نهايت ضمن ارزيابي و رتبه بندي هر يك از اين اصول در محله هدف مطالعه، به ارائه رهنمود هاي طراحانه از طريق اعمال چشم انداز و راهبردهاي صحيح در جهت رسيدن به محله پايدار اكولوژيكي گام برمي داريم.

Designing a sustainable urban neighborhood with an ecological development approach in District 22 of Tehran

After the Industrial Revolution, Negative environmental consequences occurred in the world. With the spread of various discussions about this topic and awareness about the Destructive results of this kind of development the sustainability paradigm has appeared in the world. The sustainability paradigm can be considered the most common and applicable paradigm of the present century. This concept can be linked with all matters of everyday life. Which introduced its three dimensions in relation to the society, economy and environment is testament to this claim. Many experts prove the roots of the emergence of this paradigm associated with the emergence of unstable environmental conditions due to the irregular developments especially in the economic field. One of the issues that has received much attention since the development of this paradigm Urban and regional development, especially in large cities Which arose after the increase of urban population known as sustainable urban development. Human survival depends on adapting ourselves and our habitats to sustainable lifestyles. In this way, we must design places that reflect the interconnectedness of air, soil, water, life and culture and to help us feel and understand these relationships. Places that are sustainable, meaningful, skillful, and intelligent. In relation to the concept of sustainable development has been discussed for over three decades and its dimensions assigned a large place in their literature .Compared with definitions and concepts of sustainable development at the national, regional, international, and the city has been presented, It can be said that the concept of sustainable development at the neighborhood scale is still not clear certainty and the dimensions of the case have not been reviewed and the seriousness of the case has not been addressed. Urban neighborhoods, sustainability and sustainable ecological development are the focus of this research. At the beginning of the research with the questions we are looking for clear answers. In order to achieve the correct answers to questions posed We Start Monitoring the opinions of local and foreign experts We come to common principles and by identifying and analyzing the research context (Includes Zibadasht, Laleh, Cheshmeh and Golestan neighborhood located in District 22) Based on the principles derived from the theoretical foundations of research by visiting the neighborhood and interviewing residents this neighborhood status has been measured against ideal conditions of ecological sustainability. Finally, we evaluate and rank each of these principles in the studied area we provide step-by-step design guidelines through the right vision and strategies to reach a sustainable ecological neighborhood.
