در ﻗﺮن اﺧﻴﺮ، ﺳﻮاﻧﺢ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ آﺳﻴﺐﻫﺎى ﻓﺮاواﻧﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﻜﻦ روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻰ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻟﺬا ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ ﻃﺮاح از ﻧﻴﺎز ﻫﺎى روﺳﺘﺎﺋﻴﺎن، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻣﻌﻤﺎرى ﻣﺴﻜﻦ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﺘﺮ ﺑﺮاى ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداران ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻃﺮح ﻫﺎى ﻣﻌﻤﺎرى ﻣﺴﻜﻦ روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻰ ﭘﺲ از ﺳﻮاﻧﺢ، از آﻧﺠﺎ ﺷﺮوع ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻧﺤﻮه زﻧﺪﮔﻰ و ﺑﺮ ﻃﺮف ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﻧﻴﺎز ﻫﺎ و ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداران ﻧﻴﺴﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﺴﻜﻨﻰ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﻻزم در ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﻳﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎى ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺳﺎﻛﻨﺎن ﺧﻮد، واﺟﺪ ارزشﻫﺎى ﻫﻮﻳﺘﻰ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﺒﺘﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎى ﺑﻮﻣﻰ ﻣﺴﻜﻦ روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﺪﺣﺎﺋﺰ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف : ﻫﺪف اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻰ و اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮﻃﺮاﺣﻰ ﻣﻌﻤﺎرى ﻣﺴﻜﻦ روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻰ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺳﺎﻧﺤﻪ از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ روﺳﺘﺎﺋﻴﺎن ﻳﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداران ﻣﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ : در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، از روش ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻛﻴﻮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و در روﻧﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ذﻫﻨﻴﺖ روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻴﺎن دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎى ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداران واﻗﻌﻰ از ﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺳﺎﻧﺤﻪ زﻟﺰﻟﻪ در ﻣﺪت 22 ﺳﺎل در آن ﺳﻜﻮﻧﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻰ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻃﻰ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮔﺰارهﻫﺎ و ﻣﺮﺗﺐﺳﺎزى آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺧﻮد ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداران و ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺒﻴﻦ روﺳﺘﺎى ﻛﻨﺰق، در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ آﻣﺎرى در ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS، ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ و ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮ ﻻزم ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ : ارزﻳﺎﺑﻰ ذﻫﻨﻴﺖ ﺳﺎﻛﻨﺎن روﺳﺘﺎى ﻛﻨﺰق ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻮارد ﺑﻮد: اﻟﻒ ) در ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺎﻓﺖ: 1-ﻫﻤﺠﻮارى ﻫﺎ 2-ﻛﺎرﺑﺮﻳﻬﺎى ﺑﺎﻓﺖ 3- ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻼت روﺳﺘﺎﻳﻰ 4- ﻣﻌﺎﺑﺮ و ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎى ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻰ 5- ﻣﻜﺎن ﻳﺎﺑﻰ. ب ) در ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﺴﻜﻦ و ﺧﺎﻧﻪ: 1- ﻃﺮاﺣﻰ (ﺑﺎ دﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪى در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺣﻮزه : اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﻳﺮى، ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژى، ﻓﺮم، ﺗﺒﻴﻴﻦ ﺟﺰء ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎ و ﺟﺎﻧﻤﺎﻳﻰ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎ) 2- ﻣﻌﻴﺸﺖ 3- ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ 4- اﻗﺘﺼﺎد و ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﻣﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺪاول ﻣﺮﺗﺐ ﺳﺎزى و ﺑﺎزﻣﺮﺗﺐ ﺳﺎزى ﺣﺘﻰ ﻃﻴﻒ و ﻣﻴﺰان ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺖ و ﻳﺎ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻚ ﺗﻚ ﮔﺰارهﻫﺎى ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺮج از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎرى ﻛﻨﺰق را ﺑﺪون ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮﻳﻦ دﺧﺎﻟﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﻰ ﮔﺬارد.

Evaluation of the rural housing architecture designing after disaster from beneficiaries perspective (Case study Kanzag village

In the recent century, disasters caused multiple damages to rural housing; and for that reason designer's deep understanding of the villagers needs will result in more desirable housing architecture outline for the beneficiaries. Importance of rural housing architecture outlines after disasters, starts from the place that it doesn't adjust to lifestyle and resolving the needs and the demands of beneficiaries. Therefor building housing which has identical values and is in accordance with rural housing local patterns, in addition to be resistant enough to meet the needs of its recent inhabitants; is of great importance. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to evaluate and elicit effective factors on designing of rural housing architecture after the incident from the villagers or beneficiaries perspective. Research method: In this research, Q research method is used. In the process of conducting research villagers mindset and real beneficiaries concerns about the homes they were staying in for the period of 22 years after the incident were tested. Following the elicitation of the proposals and their arrangements by beneficiaries and contacts of Kanseg village themselves, finally statistical results were subject of enough analysis and interpretation in SPSS software. Results: Evaluation of Kanseg villagers included: A) about the structure 1-Neighborhood 2-structure usage 3-rural facilities 4-passages and public spaces 5-locating. B) Hot topics of Home and housing: 1-designing (with categorisation in 4 fields: flexibility, energy management, form, specifying space parts in space locations) 2-living 3-construction quality 4-finance and expense.The arrangement tables and even rearrangement illustrates the spectrum and the amount of agreement and disagreement with each and every one of the proposals elicited from Kansag statistical society completely without the slightest interference and effect on the researchers part.
