چكيده يكي از دلايل اصلي بحران هويت و عدم رونق امروزين شهرها را مي¬توان ناكارآمدي بافت¬هاي تاريخي ذكر نمود. بافت تاريخي شهرها به سبب نقشي كه در شكل دادن به تصوير ذهني در هويت بخشي به شهرها دارند از جايگاه ويژه¬اي برخوردارند. اين بافت داراي ويژگي¬هايي نظير وجود و استقرار عناصر، راسته¬ها، گره¬هاي ارزشمند تاريخي، فرهنگي و تجاري است كه آن را از پهنه¬هاي پيراموني، بلافصل و نيز ساير قسمت¬هاي شهر متمايز مي¬كند و ضرورت بررسي اين مناطق را نسبت به ساير مناطق شهري ايجاب مي¬كند. تحقيق پيش رو با طرح سوالاتي در خصوص اينكه نقش بازآفريني پايدار شهري در دستيابي به مولفه¬ها و معيارهاي هويت بافت تاريخي چيست؟ كدام عوامل در ايجاد هويت بافت¬هاي تاريخي دخالت داشته؟ چه تمهيدات برنامه¬ريزانه اي بايستي انديشيده شود تا رونق يه بافت تاريخي بازگردانده شود؟ گردشگري چگونه براي رسيدن به اهداف اين تحقيق و تعيين هنجارها و سنجه¬ها كمك مي¬كند؟ پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و تلفيق روش كمي و كيفي است همچنين براي انجام آن نيز از روش اسنادي و ميداني استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش از ميان ابعاد كالبدي – كاربردي، اجتماعي و زيست محيطي به طور مفصل به بعد كالبدي – كاركردي پرداخته مي¬شود. در تبين چارچوب نظري اين تحقيق بازآفريني پايداري شهري و ابعاد مختلف آن و ارزيابي هويت بافت¬هاي تاريخي تعريف شدند. در بررسي نمونه موردي پژوهش حاضر، بافت تاريخي شهر كرمان متناسب با اهداف تحقيق به عنوان نمونه موردي انتخاب شد و عنوان محيطي براي پاسخگويي به پرسش¬هاي اساسي ياد شده، مورد بررسي ارزيابي و تحليل قرار گرفت. اين پژوهش درصدد است ضمن تعريف چگونگي بازآفريني هويت و رونق بخشي به بافت تاريخي به بررسي بافت تاريخي شهر كرمان بپردازد و راهبردهاي كاربردي براي ابقا آنها ارائه دهد. نتايج تحقيقات آشكار ساخت كه هويت و رونق بافت¬هاي تاريخي از اندوخته¬هاي ذهني افراد در طول زمان حاصل مي¬شود و كيفيتي است كه در طيف گذشته – امروز جاري است و در راستاي حفظ و ارتقا آن در بافت¬هاي تاريخي مي¬بايست تغيير را در كنار تداوم پذيرفت؛ تداوم همراه با تغيير كه پيوند بين گذشته و حال را ممكن مي¬سازد، خود باعث تعادل بخشي به اين تغيير خواهد بود. واژه¬هاي كليدي: بازآفريني پايدار، هويت شهري، گردشگري، رونق بخشي

Sustainable urban regeneration in the historical context of Kerman urban tourism approach

Abstract One of the main reasons nowadays for the identity crisis and the lack of prosperity of cities is the inadequacy of historical texture. Historical texture of cities has a special place because of the role it plays in shaping the mental image in giving identity to cities. This texture has features such as the existence and deployment of elements, orders, valuable historical, cultural, and commercial nodes that distinguish it from the peripheral, direct regions and other parts of the city and necessitates the study of these areas in comparison with other urban areas. The present study asks the following questions: What is the role of sustainable urban regeneration in achieving the components and criteria of historical texture identity? Which factors are involved in discovering the historical texture identity? What kind of planned arrangements should be considered in order to return prosperity to a historical texture? How can tourism help to achieve the goals of this research and set norms and measures? The present study is an applied study and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Furthermore, documentary and field methods are used to conduct this study. In this research, from a range of physical-functional, social, and environmental dimensions, the physical-functional dimension is addressed in detail. In the explanation of the theoretical framework of this research, the urban sustainability regeneration and its various dimensions and the assessment of the identity of historical texture were defined. In considering the case study of the present research, the historical texture of Kerman City, which was proportionate to the research goals, was chosen as the case study and the environmental field was evaluated and analyzed in order to answer the basic questions mentioned above. This research aims to define the way of identity recreation and giving prosperity to the historical texture; in the meanwhile, it aims to consider the historical texture of Kerman City and provide practical strategies for its maintenance. The results of the research showed that the identity and prosperity of historical textures results from the mental reserves of individuals over time and is the quality that flows in the past-today spectrum and in the direction of its preserve and enhancement, change should be accepted along with continuity; continuity along with the change that enables the link between past and present, would cause the change be balanced.
