با رشد سازمان ها و پيچيده شدن فرآيندهاي كسب وكار، مديريت و كنترل آن ها اهميت بيشتري نسبت به قبل پيدا كرده است. بر اين مبنا داشتن يك رويكرد مديريت حائز اهميت است. ازآنجا كه فرايند كسب وكار براي پشتيباني، نظارت و مديريت فرآيندها و فعاليتهاي مختلف سازمان استفاده ميشوند، بنابراين به منظور جلوگيري از اتلاف منابع ارزشمند در پياده سازي سيستم مديريت فرايند كسب وكار و مهمتر از آن حفظ سازمان در برابر مخاطرات احتمالي پياده سازي اين سيستم، لازم است قبل از هر اقدامي، از عواملي كه در آماده سازي و پياده سازي آن ضروري است، آگاهي كامل داشته باشيم. بدين منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الويت هاي پياده سازي مديريت فرآيند هاي كسب و كار انجام گرفته است. بر اين اساس با استخراج از مقالات پيشين 6 عامل كليدي هم راستايي كاربردي ، حاكميت ، روش ها ، فناوري اطلاعات ، افراد ، فرهنگ شناسايي شده و در قالب پرسشنامه، به منظور تعيين اهميت و اولويت آن ها در ميان اعضاي جامعه آماري تحقيق توزيع گرديد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، شامل مديران و كارشناساني هستند كه در زمينه مشاوره و يا پياده سازي سيستم مديريت فرايند كسب وكار داراي سابقه اجرايي پژوهشي مي باشند . درنهايت با استفاده از روش تحليل شبكه اي (ANP) به ترتيب اولويت و اهميت قرار گرفتند. مدل حاصل از اين پژوهش ميتواند به تأمين كنندگان و به كارگيرندگان سيستم مديريت فرآيند كسب وكار جهت موفقيت در روند پياده سازي اين سيستم و مقابله با بحرانهاي احتمالي ياري رساند.

Identifying and Investigating Effective Factors in Preparing for the Implementation of Business Process Management

As a managerial initiative, Business Process Management (BPM) enables organizations to act more effectively and efficiently to survive in the global changing environment. According to customer requirements, BPM can continuously improve processes, reduce cost and time, and improve service and product quality. BPM implementation lifecycle includes process identification, process discovery, process analysis, process redesign, process implementation and process monitoring & controlling. Based on the relevant literature, one of the main success factors for BPM implementation is the organizational capabilities, including: Strategic Alignment, Governance, Method, IT, People and Culture. This research aims to prioritize these six organizational capabilities in various phases of BPM implementation, using ANP method and compare the results in large organizations and small & medium enterprises (SMEs). For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted and 24 respondents who had good experience in process implementation were approached. The collected data were analyzed using Super Decision software. The results were then approved by 7 experts. The study showed that Strategic Alignment and Governance were the main needed capabilities in large organizations, whereas in SMEs People and Governance were the most critical capabilities. The change in prioritization of each capability during the BPM implementation lifecycle was also analyzed. Results of this research can be a road map for organizations and their consultants to focus on necessary organizational capabilities in different phases of BPM implementation.
