The purpose of this study was to identify and categorize the internal antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship in hospitals. The information required for the present study consisted of two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the first part, using the opinions of experts, organizational entrepreneurship antecedents were extracted and in the second part, quantitative analysis and structural equations of the questionnaire were evaluated and finally, the ranking of the variables was extracted. The statistical population consists of the first stage of organizational entrepreneurship experts in hospitals and secondly the selected public, private, etc. selected based on accessibility approach. The sample size is 384 according to the Cochran formula. Simple random sampling is used to select the statistical sample. The results of applying Friedman test showed that the most important factors in organizational entrepreneurship are the structure, style, and staff, strategy, skills, system, and shared values, respectively.
