Conceptual of innovation is inclusive and is categorised into different types. New products, new production methods, new sources of supply, exploitation of new markets and new ways of organising business. Organisations expect innovation at their output They value innovation capability because it is a set of skills, knowledge and management skills needed to create, modify, improve and commercialise successful products, services, equipment, processes and business models. The methodology is qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to identify the innovation capabilities in the music industry Accordingly, this research consists of two phases of data gathering through library and survey method in the form of an open interview with database approach. The interview process was conducted with 39 music industry experts with at least 10 years of experience in the industry, and then the content analysis was extracted using MaxQDA software. Includes family, individual, community, teaching environment and lecturer. Analysis of the research results shows that the lecturer factor and the teaching method have the most significant attention and also a lecturer can apply particular characteristics of impact to the education and training pathway. Create innovative trends in the field of music.
