Social and economic developments , oil revenues dependency dominant policies on planning, capital accumulation in cities , rural neglect during prior five decades have exposed many villages in the verge of depopulation wich finally led, them to evacuation. . Given the widespread phenomenon of rural evacuation, it is necessary to investigate on the impact of evacutated villages on regional development. thus, in this research with emphasis on life cycle theory tried to investigate on the given subject. In order to mention the main reasons of the rural evacuation and vital solations for regional rural areas development. This research is conducted on field studies and three different questionnaires and also asing the swot analytical method which is turned out, the evacuation phenomenon had significant impacts on regional development . in addition, lack of job opportunities, lack of reseanable income, severe shortage of infrastructares and residental facilities and agriculture development limitation, are the main reasons of the rural evacuation throughout the case study area.
