Today, the role of Human resources in organizations has been greatly considered and its various and complicated dimensions toward achieving the organizational goals have been payed attention to by many researchers and executive managers. Moreover, Job satisfaction as a key aspect of human resources, has an enormous impact on key organizational functions. The present study has been carried out to identify the effective factors in job satisfaction of Iran Language Institute’s teachers. To do so, a comprehensive study was conducted on related books and papers. As a result, the influencing factors in job satisfaction were identified based on their frequency in the considered literature. In the next step, a questionnaire customized by the respected experts was created. The statistical population, all the ILI teachers who teach in Tehran, was 180 teachers; the statistical sample including 122 teachers was evaluated through Simple Random Sampling and Cochran. Collecting the questioners, SPSS was used to analyze the data. Consequently, the results indicate that while there is a meaningful correlation between job satisfaction and job nature, job satisfaction and direct supervisor, job satisfaction and promotional opportunities, no meaningful correlation has been seen between job satisfaction and salaries, and job satisfaction and work atmosphere (the quality of relations with coworkers).
