بافت هاي تاريخي به خاطر هويت و اصالتي كه دارند سرمايه هاي ارزشمندي براي كشور محسوب مي شوند. در عصر ما توجه به صنعت گردشگري و تاثير بالقوه آن در اقتصاد از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. مسيرهاي پياده گردشگري علاوه بر اينكه مي توانند به عنوان راه حلي شايسته براي شناخت ارزش هاي موجود در بافت تاريخي موثر باشند، سبب حيات مجدد از طريق حضور عابرين پياده به آنها خواهند شد و از اين طريق اصالت فراموش شده بافت به آن باز گردانده مي شود و همچنين براي گردشگر ايجاد خاطره سازي و حس تعلق مي كند. بافت تاريخي شهر قزوين با داشتن جاذبه هاي تاريخي، فرهنگي فراوان مي تواند به عنوان قطبي توانمند در راستاي جذب گردشگر و بالطبع توسعه صنعت گردشگري ايفاي نقش نمايد. گذر صالحيه يكي از گذرهاي تاريخي محله ديمج شهر قزوين است، كه گذشته اي واجد ارزش دارد و داراي پتانسيل هايي براي جذب گردشگر است هدف از انجام اين پروژه، باززنده سازي بافت تاريخي گذر صالحيه با تعيين مسير پياده گردشگري كه بتوان همزمان با طي كردن گذر، آثار تاريخي از قبيل مسجد مدرسه صالحيه، خانه هاي تاريخي رضايي، يزدي ها، خطيبي و اسدي را نيز بازديد كرد. نوع پروژه كاربردي و از روش توصيفي - تحليلي و اسنادي است و جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني مي باشد. در برنامه هاي گردشگري، در بافت هاي قديمي، ساختمان هاي جديد با معماري هاي دقيق و جذاب و داراي كيفيت هاي فضايي بالا نيز ساخته مي شود كه براي گردشگر امكان لذت بردن از اقامت همزمان در بافت قديمي را فراهم مي كند. اما تجربه اقامت در ساختمان هاي سنتي در صورت دسترسي به آنها، عموماً جذاب تر است. وجود يك خانه سياح با استانداردهاي مناسب در يك بافت قديمي كه ساكنان آن عمدتاً طبقه متوسط و متوسط به پايين هستند، موازنه هاي مناطق مختلف شهر را تغيير مي دهد و اتفاق مؤثري براي برطرف كردن تدريجي احساس نامطلوب ساكنان و ديگر مردم شهر نسبت به اين گذر است. براي گردشگر، نزديكي خانه سياح به ساير محلات قديمي و بازار سنتي شهر، بسيار جذاب و مطلوب است. قرارگيري دو خانه با ارزش تاريخي خطيبي و اسدي با مساحت متوسط در كنار هم و در يك بافت مسكوني قديمي، امكان مناسبي براي ايجاد خانه سياح است. وجود حياط ها و اتاق هاي متعدد و متنوع اين دو خانه، امكان مطلوب و جذابي براي فضا سازي يك خانه سياح است. وجود ورودي ها و دسترسي هاي متعدد در اين خانه ها، امكان سرويس دهي به امور مختلف يك خانه سياح را به نحو احسن برقرار مي كند. قرارگيري دو بنا با مساحت متوسط ( در قياس با فضاي عمومي و شهري) كه واجد وي‍‍‍ژگي هاي مشترك فراوان (در عملكرد، سازماندهي فضايي، دوره ساخت و سبك، مصالح و تزيينات و....) هستند، يك امكان عالي براي به وجود آوردن مجموعه اي بزرگ است. به دليل قرار گيري اين دو خانه در معبر فرعي از مزاحمت هاي صوتي و ازدحام خيابان دور هستند. به فاصله حدود 10 متر از خانه ها، پاركينگ عمومي در نظر گرفته شده است كه گردشگران به راحتي بتوانند در گذر رفت و آمد كنند. خانه تاريخي رضايي نيز به دليل داشتن مساحتي كم و دارا بودن ويژگي هاي يك خانه سنتي مي تواند به عنوان رستوان سنتي پذيراي گردشگران مقيم در خانه هاي اسدي و خطيبي باشد. نتيجه آنكه، با ايجاد مسير پياده گردشگري علاوه بر مرمت و احياي بافت تاريخي گذر، گردشگر نيز مي تواند به جاي عبور از خيابان مولوي و خيابان شهيد انصاري از گذر صالحيه كه پل ارتباطي است بين مجموعه كاروانسراي سعدالسلطنه، بازار سنتي و محله سردار كه بيشترين جاذبه گردشگر را دارا مي باشند، بگذرند و از اين طريق مي توانند از آن مجموعه ها نيز بازديد كنند.

In our age, paying attention to the tourism industry and its potential impact on the economy is of paramount importance. In addition to being a viable solution for recognizing the values existing in the historical context, tourism trails will revitalize them through the presence of pedestrians and thereby restore the forgotten originality of the texture. And it also creates memories and sensations for the tourist. Historical Context of Qazvin With its many historical, cultural attractions, it can serve as a powerful polarization for attracting tourists and eventually developing the tourism industry. Salehiyeh Crossing is one of the historical crossings of the Qazvin city of the neighbourhood of Dimaj, which has a rich past and has the potential to attract tourists. The purpose of this project is to revitalize the historical texture of the Salehi Pass by designating a pedestrian path that can be visited as well as the historical monuments such as the Salehi School Mosque, Rezai Historical Houses, Yazdis, Khatibi and Asadi. . The type of project is applied and descriptive - analytical and documentary method and data collection through library and field studies. In tourism programs, in old textures, new buildings with precise and attractive architectures with high spatial quality are also built that allow the tourist to enjoy the same stay in the old textures. But the experience of staying in traditional buildings is generally more attractive when accessed. The existence of Sayah house in an old context whose inhabitants are predominantly middle- and lower-middle-class changes the balance of different areas of the city, and is effective in gradually removing the inadequate feeling of residents and other people in the city. For tourists, the proximity of the Sayah house to other old neighborhoods and the traditional market of the city is very attractive. The placement of two houses of historic value Khatibi and Assadi in the middle of each other, in an old residential context, is a good opportunity to build a house. The existence of numerous and varied courtyards and rooms of these two houses is a desirable and attractive possibility for the design of a leisurely home. Having multiple entrances and access to these homes makes it easy to service a sayah home. The placement of two medium-sized buildings (compared to public and urban spaces) that have many common features (in function, spatial organization, period of style, materials and decorations, etc.), is a great opportunity to exist Bringing a big set is great. Due to the two houses being located in the secondary way, they are far from the noise and street congestion.
