Paying attention to preserving the tangible and intangible values and traditions of the peoples of every land, in the light of its development and progress, has always been one of the major challenges and concerns of cultural planners and policymakers. In preserving the interaction between these two phenomena, the preservation of monuments and monuments is of paramount importance. The heritage site of the Kiashahr Fisheries Port, recently listed in the National Heritage List of Iran, has been one of the major centers for catching, harvesting, processing and selling fish, especially caviar. Despite the abandoned complex, its location as well as the sophisticated facilities of the fisheries industry, along with strong architectural structures that combine Russian-Iranian architecture, the complex distinguishes it culturally, historically, and architecturally in the region.
