1,4-Dihydropyridines are heteroaromatic compounds that are of great interest to chemists because of their biological and pharmacological properties. One of the most important derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines are 1,8-dioxo-decahydroacridines which have many useful, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antifungal properties. In this project, three-component synthesis and one-step synthesis of 1,8-dioxo-decahydroacridine from aldehyde, dimedon, ammonium acetate, and magnetic nano-catalysts were investigated. The significance of this project is that it synthesized for the first time a magnetic nanocatalyst graphene oxide functionalized with creatine a fully green and immunized catalyst. The catalyst has been completely green and safe, and the ethanol solvent has been synthesized to be known as environmentally friendly synthesis. Other benefits of this study include the use of recyclable and non-toxic metal biocatalysts, the ease of testing, short reaction time, high yield, low cost, use of green solvents and less pollution.
