Abstract
The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the performance of small manufacturing companies in order to quickly diagnose them based on EFQM model (Case study of Darbaft Harir Soleiman Company). This study is applied in terms of survey and field type. Participation in the areas of leadership, policy and strategy, company employees, company partnerships and resources, company processes, employee outcomes, customer outcomes and community outcomes. Confirmatory factor analysis and questionnaire were used to assess the construct validity.
