University as a social institution is influenced by society and also affects it. Over the centuries, with the role of the university and academics, not only agriculture, industry and technology, but also the worldview, vision and lifestyle of human beings have been accompanied by great changes. What matters most is the university's central role in the evolution of society. Universities have lived with different approaches from the past centuries to the present day. Educational-oriented universities have given way to second-generation universities with the flourishing of scientific research and the impact of their activities. Second-generation universities have survived to the present day, and we are now in the process of moving from research-oriented universities to third-generation universities or entrepreneurial universities. What has been explored in this study is the impact of post-industrial social developments on the formation of newer palettes of strategy adoption and the emergence and expansion of ecosystem literature in the shaping palette. Then, using the text analysis method, the entrepreneurial components of the post-industrial era were obtained, and then, using the DEMATEL method, the relationship between the components and new approaches to adopting a strategy was explained. Also, using the text analysis method, the components that form the ecosystem of social entrepreneurship were examined And it has reached the elite survey using the Delphi method. Finally, the eight components are as follows: 1. Development of participatory and interactive capacities 2. Providing the necessary infrastructure 3.
