در اين پژوهش به دنبال مدل‌سازي ساختاري و بررسي اثربخشي استراتژي‌هاي كارآفرينان جهت بازيابي از شكست هستيم و تاثير تمام ابعاد استراتژي‌هاي بكار گرفته شده توسط كارآفرينان شكست خورده را بررسي مي‌‌نماييم و با ارائه مدل، ميزان اثرگذاري آن ها را در نظر ميگيريم. اين استراتژي‌ها شامل ضرر محورشدن، جهت‌گيري ترميم و استراتژي نوسان مي‌باشد، ضرر محور شدن شامل بازخواني وقايع قبل و در زمان شكست وكار كردن در برخي از جنبه هاي تجربي ضرر است، جهت‌گيري ترميم بر پايه اجتناب و پيشگيري از منابع ثانويه استرس مي‌باشد كه ناشي از عدم موفقيت است، و جهت‌گيري نوسان نشان دهنده نوسان بين دو استراتژي ذكر شده مي‌باشد و شامل تغيير جهت و باز جهت‌گيري است كه به فرد اين امكان را مي‌‌دهدكه از جنبه هاي مثبت هر يك از آن ها سود ببرد. بازيابي از شكست نيز شامل دو رويكرد شناخت فرصت و بهره برداري از فرصت مي‌باشد و اثر اين سه استراتژي در اين دو رويكرد بررسي و آناليز شده است. در اين پژوهش براي نشان دادن اثربخشي استراتژي‌هاي كارآفرينان جهت بازيابي از شكست، از روش كمي ‌‌معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. با توجه به بررسي انجام شده مشخص شد كه استراتژي ضرر محوري كارآفرين شكست خورده بر بهره برداري از فرصت تاثير گذاشته ولي تاثيري بر شناخت فرصت ندارد همچنين استراتژي ترميم محوري كارآفرين شكست خورده هم برشناخت فرصت و هم بر بهره برداري از فرصت موثر است اما تاثير آن بر شناخت فرصت قابل توجه تر است، استراتژي نوسان نيز به روي هر دو رويكرد يعني شناخت فرصت و بهره برداري از فرصت تاثير ميگذارد.

Modeling the effectiveness of entrepreneurial strategies to recover from failure

In this study, we seek structural modeling and study the effectiveness of entrepreneurs' strategies to recover from failure and examine the impact of all dimensions of strategies used by failed entrepreneurs and consider the effectiveness of them by presenting the model. These strategies include loss orientation, restoration orientation, and oscillation orientation strategies, loss orientation involves re-reading events before and during failure and failure in some experimental aspects, and restoration orientation avoidance and secondary resource stress prevention. and the direction of the oscillation indicates the fluctuation between the two strategies mentioned above, and involves changing the direction and direction of the orientation, which allows the individual to benefit from the positive aspects of each. Rcovery of failure also includes two approaches to recognizing opportunity and exploiting opportunity, and the effect of these three strategies on these two approaches has been studied and analyzed. In this study, quantitative methods and structural equations have been used to show the effectiveness of entrepreneurial strategies to recover from failure. According to the study, it was found that the strategy of loss orientation entrepreneur of the failed entrepreneur has affected the use of opportunity but has no effect on recognizing the opportunity. Also, the strategy of restoration orientation of the failed entrepreneur is effective in both recognizing opportunity and exploiting opportunity Knowing the opportunity is more significant, and the oscillation strategy also affects both the approach of recognizing the opportunity and exploiting the opportunity.
