بررسي استانداردها و استخراج دستورالعمل هاي لازم جهت كاليبراسيون دستگاه هاي كروماتوگرافي گاز

در قسمت ابتداي اين پايان نامه به تاريخچه دستگاه‌هاي كروماتوگرافي گاز پرداخته مي‌شود و مختصري از نحوه كاركرد اين دستگاه‌ها توضيح داده مي‌شود. در ادامه به شرح قسمت‌هاي مختلف و اجزا اين دستگاه، معرفي و همچنين نحوه كاركرد اين دستگاه پرداخته مي‌شود. انواع روش‌هاي كاليبراسيون در اين دستگاه كه شامل استاندارد داخلي ، استاندارد خارجي و همچنين استاندارد اضافي با توجه به دستورالعمل‌هاي لازم بيان ميگردد.از ديگر روش‌هايي كه در ادامه بيان ميگردد ميتوان به كاليبراسيون خطي با استفاده از ميانگين كاليبراسيون و همچنين كاليبراسيون خطي با استفاده از حداقل رگراسيون مربعات اشاره كرد. در قسمت روش تحقيق اين رساله به بررسي روش‌ها در آزمايشگاه پرداخته مي‌شود. روش‌هاي استاندارد داخلي، استاندارد خارجي، استاندارد اضافي در آزمايشگاه مورد بررسي و آزمايش قرار گرفته كه روش انجام آزمايش و نتايج آنها بيان ميگردد. از ديگر مواردي كه مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار مي‌گيرد مشكلاتي است كه ممكن است براي يك دستگاه بوجود آيد كه ضرورت انجام كاليبراسيون را نشان مي‌دهد مشكلاتي نظير پله‌اي شدن ، پهن شدن و نويزي شدن نمودار كروماتوگراف و همچنين روش‌هاي رفع اين مشكلات بيان مي‌شود. در بخش تحليل داده‌ها به بررسي محاسن و معايب روش‌ها و آزمايش‌هاي انجام شده در قسمت روش تحقيق پرداخته مي‌شود و روش‌هاي استاندارد داخلي و استاندارد خارجي باهم مقايسه مي‌شوند و همچنين روش استاندارد اضافي نيز به بحث و بررسي گذاشته مي‌شود. ميزان عدم قطعيت و دقت و صحت دستگاه‌هاي كروماتوگرافي گاز هنگام تحليل گاز طبيعي نيز بررسي مي‌شود. و در انتها به بررسي اين موضوع كه هر كدام از روش‌هاي كاليبراسيون براي چه نمونه‌هايي بهترين كاربرد و نتيجه را ميتواند داشته باشد پرداخته ميشود.

Review the standards and extract the necessary instructions for calibration of gas chromatography devices

At the beginning of this dissertation, the history of gas chromatography devices and a brief description of how these devices work is discussed. In the following, the different parts and components of this device and also description of how this device will work are described. Similarly, types of calibration methods in this device, which include internal standard, external standard and also additional standard according to the necessary instructions will described. Other methods that are described can be linear calibration using average calibration as well as linear calibration using minimum that mentioned the regression of squares. In the research method section of this dissertation, the methods in the laboratory are examined. Internal standard, external standard, and additional laboratory methods have been studied in the laboratory, and methods of testing and their results are described. Argued other issues that can be considered and analyzed. For example, problems that may arise for a device that demonstrates the need for calibration, such as scaling, widening, and noise chromatography, and solutions to fix them. In the data analysis section, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and experiments performed in the research method section are examined, and the internal standard and external standard methods are compared with each other, also the additional standard method is discussed. In addition, degree of uncertainty and accuracy of gas chromatography devices during natural gas analysis examined. Finally, some samples for each calibration method examined and also showed their results.
