mixed-income housing Design with increasing social interactions approach Today , the social classes in the cities are extremely distant from each other . The disparity between the social classes and the inability of the low income community to provide the housing they need has created many problems , including social disorder and crime, an increase in abnormal behaviors, and so on . In developing countries , the lack of adequate resources , the weakness of economic management , etc have complicated housing supply . The way governments operate in housing policy should help reduce these problems . In Iran , the use of social housing and other government housing outside the city for low income people has led to people being deprived of equal opportunities such as having good schools and the aggregation of low - income people is in one place and the damage caused by it . This study investigates the factors affecting the design of a qualitative housing) In the physical , social , economical / political, user aspects ( as mixed-income residential complex (a set of low-income and middle-income people) to reduce class divisions . In this research , by using systematic review method After gathering information , they are reviewed and the effective elements in the design of mixed-income residential complex and the importance of each of them are obtained in the Delphi method . finally, effective strategies in designing this type of residential complex have been determined by Likert - scale questionnaire responses to improve social interactions .
