This thesis first analyzes the current laser warning systems, to introduce important parameters in the evaluation of a warning system. Examining these parameters for better performance of current systems, a new way of processing high frequency signals, processing and programming algorithms and improving processing speed can be proposed. It then takes a long time to review the structure of the current laser alarm system, which covers all aspects with four detectors, as well as the processor must process four detectors simultaneously and send the result to a central processor. Therefore, the introduction of an innovative design in this project will reduce the processing load of the processor and increase the processing speed. However, in this project, we can have a 360-degree coverage using only one detector. It achieved an angular accuracy of 10 degrees and also detected pulses with a megehertz frequency. And by presenting a new algorithm for detecting the frequency of the received beam, we examine the performance of the system, and compare the obtained result from the designed and manufactured sample with the previous samples and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of both systems.
