Today, due to the growth of the blockchain technology and its use in fields other than the signature of digital currencies, we see a lot of developments both in the technical and business sectors. one of the suitable areas for the use of blockchain technology is the area related to supply chains. Supply chains are mainly composed of numerous players whose coordination between them still has high costs (such as time, finance, etc.). however, using smart contracts in blockchain technology, we dare say these costs are decreasing and the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chains is increasing more and more. the present study aims to provide a conceptual model for the drug supply chain using the chinese block technology. This research intended to present a conceptual model for the drug supply chain using blockchain technology. It was an applied study in purpose and a descriptive-survey in procedure. The statistical population were the 340 employees of the the Iran Hormone Company. The statistical sample size (n=181) was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan Table. The statistical sample was selected using simple random sampling.. The face and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed and its reliability was calculated by performing Cronbach's alpha test. A structural equation method was used for data analysis. The results of testing the hypotheses showed that performance expectations and blockchain transparency did not influence behavioral intention in blockchain technology, but social effect, impartiality, security and facilitating conditions affected behavioral intention in blockchain technology. Moreover, facilitating conditions and blockchain transparency did not affect behavioral expectations in blockchain technology, but trust in the drug supply chain influenced behavioral intention in blockchain technology. Finally, behavioral intention affected behavioral expectations in blockchain technology
