ساختمان مسكوني اخوان واقع در تهران، خيابان لاله زار كه روزگاري نه چندان دور توسط وارطان هوانسيان از پيشگامان معماري مدرن در ايران طراحي شده است مي‌باشد. رساله فوق در نظر دارد با تفحص و كندوكاو حفاظت از آثار معماري مدرن ايران، زمينه‌ها و عوامل شكل‌گيري آن و كنكاش در نگرش‌هاي جهاني حفاظت از معماري مدرن اطلاعات به دست آمده را جهت طرح مرمت و احيا ساختمان فرسوده فوق الذكر استفاده نمايد. روش تحقيق در اين رساله از نظر هدف: كاربردي و اطلاعات گردآوري شده به روش توصيفي تحليلي مي‌باشند. روش گردآوري داده‌ها: مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، ميداني و مراجعه به اسناد و مدارك تاريخي بر پايه روش تحقيق كيفي است. در اين رساله ابتدا خلاصهاي از مطالعات كتابخانهاي در مورد حفظت از آثار معماري مدرن در ايران ارائه شده سپس 2 نمونه بناي شاخص و 6 نمونه خانه حفاظت شده معماري مدرن به منظور استفاده در طرح مرمت و احيا ساختمان مسكوني اخوان مورد پايش معماري قرار ميگيرد. در فصول بعدي آسيبشناسي و آسيبنگاري بنا مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در زمينه مرمت از آن استفاده ميشود. در فصل پاياني طرح احيا بنا مورد تفحص و كنكاش قرار گرفته و با بررسي پتانسيل بنا و بستر آن، كاربري درخور شخصيت هنري و فرهنگي وارطان هوانسيان با طراحي داخل مجموعه به آن اعطا ميگردد.

The Plan of Repair and Restoration of Akhavan Residental Building With Focus on the Conservation of Modernism Architecture

Akhavan residential building located in Lalehzar street, Tehran which has been designed not very long ago by Vartan Hovanessian ,a pioneer of modern architecture in Iran. The purpose of this thesis is to explore and survey of conservation of modern architecture in Iran,the backgrounds and factors of it's formation and exploration of the global views of conservation of modern architecture, information provided will use to repair and restoration above mentioned builing. Research method of this thesis in terms of purpose: applied and collected data are in descriptive and analytical method. Data collection method: library researches, field studie and reference to historical documents based on the qualitative research method. A summary of library researches on the conservation of modern architecture in Iran is presented first In this thesis .then two examples of outstanding structures and six examples of conserved modern architectural houses are being investigated inorder to use in the plan of reparation and restoration of Akhavan residential building. In the following chapters pathology and to the building has been reviewed and used in field of reparation.In the last chapter , the method of building restoration has been investigated and by examining the potential of the building and it's site, a function with interior design would be present which is suitable to artistic and cultural character of Vartan Hovanessian.
