In this study, nanoparticles Ni0.2-XCuXZn0.8Fe2O4 with different ratios (X= 0.2, 0.1, 0.15, 0.05, 0.0) were synthesized by auto-combustion and MW-assisted methods. The method of maceration was used to extract Urtica.dioica leaves plant. The methods used in this research (ultrasonic and micrwaves are considered as green methods. The resulting structures were identified using different techniques XRD, FT-IR, DRS, EDX, VSM, SEM, TEM and TGA. The amount of drug loaded onto the surface of the core-shell MNPs was obtained using UV-Vis spectroscopy. Also, in order to evaluate the release of the drug in the simulated environment of cancerous and healthy tissue, pH 4 (cancerous tissue) and pH 7 (healthy tissue) were investigated. The kinetics of drug release were examined using four mathematical models of zero order, first order, Higuchi and Korsmeyer–Peppas. Finally, MTT assay on 4T1 cells (cancer cells) was used to evaluate the effect of drug cytotoxicity.
