سنجش و تحليل مولفه هاي تاب آوري در زنجيره تامين لوازم خانگي و تعيين استراتژي هاي تاب آوري (مطالعه موردي: شركت گلديران)

محيط كسب‌و‌كاردر حال رشد، با تغييرات سريع و افزايش عدم اطمينان، همراه با بروز خطرات غيرمنتظره و تغييرات اجتناب‌ناپذير، احتمال اختلالات شديد در زنجيره‌تامين شركت‌ها را افزايش داده‌ است. از اين رو بررسي تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌هاي تامين و نحوه پاسخ آن‌ها به اختلالات از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است. در تحقيق پيش رو ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعه جامع ادبيات تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌هاي تامين، مولفه‌هاي تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌هاي تامين شناسايي گرديد. سپس با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان شركت گلديران كه يكي از بزرگترين زنجيره‌هاي تامين لوازم خانگي كشور مي‌باشد، هريك از مولفه‌هاي شناسايي شده با توجه به شرايط اين شركت مورد بحث قرار گرفت و تعدادي از آن‌ها كم و تعدادي به آن‌ها اضافه گرديد و در انتها 34 مولفه تاب‌آوري مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. سپس با استفاده از روش تحليل اهميت - عملكرد، و با ارائه پرسشنامه مناسب، اهميت هر مولفه و عملكرد گلديران در خصوص هر كدام از اين مولفه‌ها از ديد خبرگان اين شركت مشخص گرديد و در انتها با تشكيل ماتريس اهميت - عملكرد مشخص شد كه در رابطه با هر يك از اين 34 مولفه شناسايي شده چه رويكردي مي بايست اتخاذ گردد. در اين پژوهش مشخص شد كه تعداد 7 مولفه از موارد شناسايي شده براي تاب‌آوري زنجيره‌تامين از ديد كارشناسان گلديران داراي اهميت بالا هستند اما عملكرد شركت در خصوص اين مولفه‌ها ضعيف مي‌باشد كه مي بايست تمركز ويژه اي روي اين مولفه‌ها داشت. از مهم‌ترين آن‌ها مي‌توان به "موجودي اضطراري" اشاره كرد. 10 مولفه از ديد كارشناسان داراي اهميت بالا بودند و عملكرد گلديران نيز در اين موارد مناسب بوده است. لذا استراتژي حال حاضر شركت براي اين مولفه‌ها مناسب است. مولفه "انبارهاي استراتژيك" از مهم‌ترين آنها مي‌باشد. 5 مولفه داراي اهميت كم بوده و عملكرد گلديران نيز درخصوص آن‌ها ضعيف است لذا نبايد تمركز زيادي روي آن‌ها داشت. در خصوص اين مولفه‌ها مي‌توان به "وجود ظرفيت مازاد" اشاره كرد. و درنهايت 12 مولفه از ديد كارشناسان داراي اهميت پايين مي باشند اما گلديران در حوزه آن‌ها فعاليت قابل قبولي دارد كه مي بايست منابعي كه به اين مولفه‌ها اختصاص داده شده است را محدود نمود. "تمركز بر فرآيندهاي استاندارد" يكي از اين موارد ذكر شده مي‌باشد.

Measuring and analyzing resilience factors in home appliances supply chain and determining resilience strategies (case study: Goldiran company)

The growing business environment, with rapidly changing and increasing uncertainty, combined with unexpected risks and unavoidable changes, has increased the likelihood of severe disruptions in the corporate supply chain. Therefore, it is very important to study supply chain resilience and how they respond to disruptions. In the present study, first, using a comprehensive study of supply chain resilience literature, the components of supply chain resilience were identified. Then, using interviews with experts of Goldiran Company, which is one of the largest home appliance supply chains in the country, each of the identified components was discussed according to the conditions of the company and some of them were reduced and some were added to them. The resilience component was studied. Then, using the significance-performance analysis method, and by presenting an appropriate questionnaire, the importance of each component and the performance of Goldiran regarding each of these components was determined by the experts of this company and finally by forming a matrix of significance-performance was determined. What approach should be taken with each of these 34 identified components? In this study, it was found that 7 components of the identified cases for supply chain resilience are of high importance from the perspective of Goldiran experts, but the company's performance on these components is poor, which should have a special focus on these components. One of the most important of these is the "emergency inventory". 10 components were of high importance from the experts' point of view and Goldiran's performance was also appropriate in these cases. Therefore, the current strategy of the company is suitable for these components. The "strategic warehouses" component is one of the most important. The 5 components are of little importance and the performance of Goldiran is also poor for them, so we should not focus too much on them. Regarding these components, we can mention the "existence of excess capacity". Finally, 12 components are of low importance from the experts' point of view, but Goldiran has an acceptable activity in their field, which should limit the resources allocated to these components. "Focus on standard processes" is one of these.
