For some time now, a focused and specific view of the human capital of organizations has been considered as the distinguishing feature and the main capital of organizations in management. Therefore, this view and approach to the human resources of the organization as its capital, needs to consider its positive and negative aspects in terms of nature and management. In the process of human resource risk management, which includes four main steps of identifying, analyzing, measuring and dealing with human resource risks, first, accurate and accurate identification of risks must be done and then after analyzing and measuring them to know more and calculations. Pay around them. The present study, while identifying the risks in the Iranian capital market, has analyzed and measured them to prescribe appropriate and appropriate treatment methods. Existing risks in the field of human resource management, in addition to their existential nature, also have quantitative and computational dimensions. In this research, while identifying the existence of human resource risks through structural equation methods and fuzzy hierarchical analysis process, to quantitative calculations about the analysis and measurement of human resource management risks using multi-mora methods and analysis of failure factors and effects. It also uses the Vickor method to prescribe appropriate approaches to risks. Finally, the set of steps of this research, while being appropriate to the risk management process, is presented as a hybrid model for human resource risk management of organizations, which while identifying existing risks and providing important solutions appropriate to the risks measured and analyzed.
