Due to the development of various industries, including electronic products industries, waste management of these products in order to reduce serious damage to the environment has been considered by human societies. On the other hand, due to the fact that a high percentage of waste from these products can be reused to produce a new product, the management of these chains is more important to reduce production costs and consequently increase the profitability of the chain. Achieving these two great goals requires the participation and cooperation of all members of the chain to move their decisions from unilateral and personal to collaborative decision-making. To this end, a coordination contract has been concluded between the members of the chain, the results of which show an improvement in the profitability of the members of the chain compared to unilateral decision-making, as well as a reduction in production costs that result from increased waste collection. Also in the field of supply chain management, there are competitive chains in which a variety of domestic products are produced by one chain that competes with products produced by another chain abroad. In this competitive environment, the government is trying to work for the benefit of the end customer with topics such as collecting taxes and subsidizing some members, as well as collecting customs duties from retailers of foreign goods. Numerical examples show a reduction in the use of raw materials for the internal manufacturer and consequently a reduction in the cost of purchasing fresh raw materials, which leads to a boom in domestic production. In addition, government intervention has led to lower product prices for customers.
