Complexity appears to have a growing presence in construction industry and it requires attention in order to control and handle all the communications since almost 90% of manager’s time is devoted to communications with project involved players, namely tram members, client and vendors. The purpose of this research is to determine one of the best qualified paths between agents by considering the communication quality for transmitting executive orders which would mitigate the potential of conflict due to lack of this constructive method. In order to answer this problematic issue, about 7500 preliminary data were first gathered by opinion poll. In the next stage, for predicting communication quality, multiple prediction algorithms including Multilayer Perceptron, Group Method of Data Handling, Neuro-fuzzy, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor were designed and tailored in order to reach the most conformity and accuracy with regard to our comprehensive data. As a remarkable result, the precision of Neuro-fuzzy algorithm was approximately 99%. It is concluded that the shortest path algorithm can serve as a tool by the help of which, finding the most effective path for conveying executive orders would be facilitated. Evidence seems to suggest that the shortest path is not always the
best way and a combined measure of distance and link quality is required.
