In the business world, data and information play an essential role in different industries, especially in industries with fast-moving customer goods (FMCG). Due to the importance of response time to customers' feedback in FMCG, rapidly analyzing the data and information has become an urgent matter. Moreover, we live in the age of technology and in this era, the environment changes considerably quickly. Years ago, in order to plan for the future, managers made decisions depending only on their experience. After the evolution of technology, this kind of decision making was not used anymore because of its many errors. Instead, today some companies use big data and technological information for the process of decision making, which makes them have a competitive advantage over others. That is why the world of data is going to come in all of the industries in order to do the decision making, analyze consumer's behavior, predict sales, and classify customers with high accuracy. In this research, we attempt to use big data for one of the FMCG's companies in Iran to analyze consumers' behavior and predict sales in different categories. In this research, the dataset for a Diary Company, including 4 million vouchers in two years, will be analyzed. For the cleaning and analysis of this data, machine learning algorithms will be used. Also, the results between algorithms will be compared, and the one with high accuracy will be chosen.
