مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط ادراك كلاس مدرسان ايراني با استفاده از آن در زمينه كلاس انجام شد. تمركز اين تحقيق بر مديريت آموزشي (IM) و مديريت رفتاري (BM) بود. هدف از اين مطالعه تعيين ارتباط بين BM و معلمان در درك و عمل بود. براي اين ميانگين از دو ابزار كمي استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه IBMS و چك ليست مشاهده. با انجام اين كاراين مطالعه كه توسط 40 معلم انجام شد، به منظور سنجش ادراك ، پرسشنامه IMBS تكميل شد. با مشاهده كلاسهاي آنها و محاسبه ارتباط بين ادراك و عملكرد معلمان ، اين رابطه به دست امد. نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه ، همبستگي بين ادراك و عملكرد ذهن معلمان قوي است ، در مقابل ، همبستگي بين عملكرد BM و معلمان ضعيف است. اين مطالعه به معلمان و مؤسسات كمك مي كند تا نقاط ضعف معلمان را در مديريت كلاس پيدا كنند و در نهايت به آنها در بهبود آن كمك كنند.

The relationship between Iranian EFL teachers’ classroom management perception and their practice in a classroom context

This study was an attempt to investigate the relationship between Iranian EFL teachers’ classroom management perception and practicing it in classroom context. The focus of the survey was on instructional management (IM) and behavioral management (BM). The aim of this study was to measure the relation between teachers’ BM and IM in perception and in practice. For this mean two quantitative instruments were used; IBMS questionnaire and an observation checklist. In doing so, the study was conducted by 40 teachers. In order for measuring perception teachers completed IMBS questionnaire. By observing their classes and computing the correlation between teachers’ perception and practice, the relationship was found. The results of this research indicated that, the correlation between teachers’ IM perception and practice was significant, on the contrary, the correlation between teachers’ BM practice and perception was insignificant. This study can help teachers and institutes to find teachers’ weaknesses in classroom management and eventually help them improve it.
