طراحي الگوي رهبري تحول، به عنوان يكي از مهمترين گام هايي كه در فرآيند دستيابي به الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت بايد دنبال شود، محسوب مي گردد. از آنجايي كه هر يك از مدل ها و روش هاي ارائه شده براي ايجاد تغيير و يا تحول، بطور طبيعي مبتني بر مباني نظري و پارادايم فكري مورد قبول طراحان آنها شكل مي گيرد، اقتضائات و ويژگي هاي الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت، ايجاب مي كند كه ابتدا نظريه ي مبناي رهبري تحول كه با اقتضائات اين الگو همخواني دارد، تهيه شود و سپس مبتني بر آن، نسبت به طراحي الگوي رهبري تحول اقدام شود. بر اين اساس، در اين پژوهش ابتدا نظريه ي مبناي برآمده از آيات قرآن كريم در خصوص نحوه ي ايجاد تحول مورد نظر الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت احصاء و تدوين شده و سپس الگوي رهبري تحول در جامعه مبتني بر نظريه ي مبناي مذكور ارائه شده است. روش بكار گرفته شده در فاز اول پژوهش، با رويكرد تدبر موضوعي در قرآن كريم و مبتني بر رويكرد تحقيق كيفي كه براي اين منظور طراحي شده است، مي باشد و نتايج اجمالي حاصل از اين پژوهش، در قالب 30 اصل معرفي شده است و خلاصه ي آن نيز در يك صفحه ارائه شده است. در فاز دوم پژوهش نيز سعي شده است با روش تحقيق كيفي در نظر گرفته شده و بر اساس نظريه ي مبناي رهبري تحول كه مبتني بر برداشت از آيات قرآن كريم تدوين شده است، الگوي كلان رهبري تحول ارائه شده و در آن، نقش پيشران هاي كليدي كه در ايجاد تحول در جامعه مؤثر هستند، تبيين شود. پرداختن به موضوع «نظريه ي مبنا» بجاي ارائه ي مدل بدون توجه به پارادايم و نظريه مبناي آن، تلاش براي بستر سازي جهت ايجاد تحول در همه ي سطوح انسان، خانواده، جامعه، كشور و حكومت و همچنين مفهوم در نظر گرفته شده از تحول در اين تحقيق، از يك سو و ارائه ي يك الگوي كاربردي براي رهبري تحول در جامعه مبتني بر نظريه مبناي برآمده از مباني اسلامي كه از نظريه ي مبناي مذكور جوشيده و به راهكار مشخص اجرايي رسيده است از سوي ديگر، از مهمترين نوآوريهاي صورت گرفته در اين پژوهش بشمار مي روند.

The Transformation Leadership Framework in The Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress

Designing a transformation leadership model is considered as one of the most important steps in the process of achieving the Islamic-Iranian model of progress. Since each of the proposed models and methods for creating change or transformation is naturally formed based on the theoretical foundations and intellectual paradigms accepted by their designers, the requirements and characteristics of the Islamic-Iranian model of progress require the theory of the basis of change leadership, which is in line with the requirements of this model, and then, based on it, the model of transformation leadership. Accordingly, in this study, first the theory of the basis derived from the verses of the Holy Quran on how to create the desired transformation based on the Islamic-Iranian model of progress is formulated and then the model of leadership transformation in society based on the theory of the basis is presented.The method used in the first phase of the research is based on the thematic reflection approach in the Holy Quran and is based on the qualitative research approach that has been designed for this purpose.In the second phase of the research, a qualitative research method according to the theory of the basis of change leadership, which is based on the interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran, the macro model of transformation leadership is presented and the role of key drivers that they are effective in creating change in society is explained.Addressing the issue of "basis theory" instead of presenting a model without considering the paradigm and its basis theory, trying to create a platform for change at all levels of man, family, society, country and government, as well as the intended concept of change In this research, on the one hand, and presenting a practical model for leading transformation in society based on the theory of the basis derived from the Islamic principles, which has emerged from the theory of the said basis and reached a specific executive solution, on the other hand, are of the most important innovations considered in this research.The basis theory presented in this thesis can be the basis for designing the model of transformation leadership and models for creating change in human societies with an Islamic approach.
