امروزه دنياي ورزش با اطلاعات آماري گسترده‌اي براي بازيكنان، تيم‌ها، بازي‌ها و دوره‌ها شناخته مي‌شود. برخلاف باوري كه در گذشته وجود داشت، مبتني بر اين كه دانش ورزش، تنها در ذهن مربيان و آناليزورهاي ورزشي وجود دارد، در چند‌ سال اخير سازمان‌هاي ورزشي به اين نتيجه رسيدند كه حجم زيادي از دانش در داده‌هاي آن‌ها، وجود دارد. به همين دليل مديران ورزشي براي به‌دست آوردن نتيجه مناسب از حجم گسترده‌ي داده‌ي استخراج شده از هر مسابقه، به روش‌هاي داده‌كاوي روي آورده‌اند.داده‌كاوي به مفهوم استخراج اطلاعات پنهان و يا الگوها وروابط مشخص در حجم زياد از داده‌ها در يك يا چند بانك اطلاعاتي است. از اين‌رو ابتدا با جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از انجمن‌هاي ملي ورزشي و اطلاعات ذخيره شده در سابقه‌ي هر بازيكن و تيم‌هايي كه در آن فعاليت داشتند، ورودي مسئله را به عنوان داده‌ي خام بدست مي‌آوريم و با استفاده از روش‌هاي داده‌كاوي در نرم افزارR جوياي روند مناسبي براي بدست آوردن تأثير مصدوميت و از دست دادن بازي بازيكنان با در نظرگرفتن عوامل تصادفي بر نتيجه مسابقه‌ي بسكتبال مي‌باشيم. در نتيجه‌ي پردازش داده‌ها و مشاهده‌ي خروجي نرم افزار با استفاده از روش رگرسيون ريج و به دست آوردن ضرايب مناسب براي متغيرهاي موثر در محاسبه¬ي مجموع امتياز¬ها و استقامت و توانايي تيم شاهد روند سهمي‌گون صعودي تا حدود نيمي از بازي‌هاي فصل و روند نزولي از نيمه‌ تا پايان فصل مي‌باشيم. اين روند را عمومأ به دليل عواملي هم‌چون خستگي، فشار ذهني و روحي، مصدوميت بدني و غيره نسبت داده‌ايم. بنابراين به كمك نتايج پيشنهاد شده مي‌توان با پيش‌بيني نتايج مسابقات بسكتبال فرايند افزايش قدرت تيم و احتمال موفقيت آن را تسريع خواهد بخشيد.

Today, the world of sports is known for its extensive statistical information on players, teams, games and courses. Contrary to popular belief that sports knowledge exists only in the minds of coaches and sports analysts, in recent years sports organizations have come to the conclusion that there is a wealth of knowledge in their data.For this reason, sports managers have resorted to data mining methods to obtain the right result from the large amount of data extracted from each match. Data mining means extracting hidden information or specific patterns and relationships in large volumes of data in one or more databases.Therefore, by first collecting data from national sports associations and information stored in the history of each player and the teams that played in it, we obtain the input of the problem as raw data and using data mining methods in R software seeks a suitable process to obtain The effect of injury and loss of players' game by considering random factors on the outcome of a basketball match. As a result of data processing and observation of software output using the ridge regression method and obtaining appropriate coefficients for effective variables in calculating the total points and endurance and ability of the control team, the upward quadratic trend to about half of the season games and the downward trend We are from the middle to the end of the season. This process is generally attributed to factors such as fatigue, mental stress, physical injury, and so on.Therefore, with the help of the proposed results, by predicting the results of basketball matches, the process of increasing the team's strength and the probability of its success will be accelerated.
