با مدرن شدن زندگي شهري، محلات از هويت قديمي خود خارج شده‌اند ازاين‌رو امكان سنجي ايجاد فضاي جمعي پويا كه مخاطباني با طيف سني و علمي متفاوت را دربر بگيرد، با فراهم آوردن امكاناتي چندمنظوره در يك محوطه شهري پويا و با توجه به امكانات فرهنگي-بومي- اقتصادي، نيازمند بررسي است. ورود فناوري‌هاي نوين به سرزمينهايي كه هويت و تاريخ غني آن‌ها درزمينه‌ي هنر و معماري در تقابل با نمودهاي تكنولوژيك قرار دارند، چالش هايي را دامن ميزند؛ امروزه با پيشرفت تكنولوژي و روش هاي جديد، روند طراحي به سمت صنعتي‌سازي تغيير پيدا كرده است. معماري سنتي ايراني با وجود پيشينه اي كهن داراي وسعتي به پهناي سرزمين ايران است. وجوه گسترده مصالح به كار رفته در آن گوياي اين موضوع است. يكي از مصالح واجد قدمت كه مبناي ساخت وساز ابنيه در ايران زمين است، خشت و آجر است. با نگاهي اجمالي به نماي ساختمان‌هاي امروزي، مي‌توان به‌ضرورت حضور آجر در آن‌ها به‌عنوان عامل وحدت بخش و هويت بخش در نماي شهرها پي برد. اين پژوهش بر بكارگيري خلاقانه مصالح آجري در شرايط كنوني صنعت ساختمان تمركز دارد و به بررسي تكنيك هاي كاربردي و نوين مصالح آجري در نمونه‌هاي مختلف با شرايط مكاني و زماني گوناگون مي پردازد. روش تحقيق در دو بخش پايه، با استفاده از روش تحقيق مطالعه نمونه موردي، مبتني بر مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي گردآوري و فهرست مفاهيم ادراكي و اصول طراحي متناظر هركدام طبقه بندي شده است. سپس در بخش تكميلي با ارزيابي تطبيقي به شناسايي روش ها و مزيت‌هاي نمونه هاي كاربرد مصالح آجر در پوسته ‌ نما پرداخته شده است. بدين‌ترتيب توانسته با تشخيص نكات مثبت و منفي منحصر به هر يك از روش‌هاي پيشرفته‌ي ساخت جهت استفاده از مصالح آجري در هم‌نشيني با ساير مصالح،آنها را انتخاب كرد. آناليز و استنتاج‌هاي حاصل از اين پژوهش به پيشنهاد الگويي تركيبي و فناورانه در طراحي و ساخت پوسته هاي آجري به روش اجراي نماي خشك دوپوسته براي كالبدهاي شهري زمينه گرا منتهي خواهد شد.

Neighborhood House Design with a Brick Role Approach in Traditional and Modern Architecture (Mashhad: Sanabad neighborhood)

With the modernization of urban life, neighborhoods have lost their old identity. Therefore, estimating the possibility of creating a dynamic community space that will target audiences of different age and scientific background by providing multipurpose facilities in a dynamic urban plaza and considering cultural-indigenous-economic opportunities requires more study in this field. The introduction of new technologies into landscapes whose rich identity and history in the field of art and architecture are at odds with technological developments. Today, with the advent of technology and new methods, the design process has shifted to industrialization. Traditional Iranian architecture, with considering its ancient background, extends as much as Iran's land. The wide range of materials used illustrates this. One of the oldest materials that underpins the construction of buildings in Iran is clays and bricks. With a glance at the facades of today's buildings, one can see the necessity of the presence of bricks in them as a unifying and identifying factor in the facades of cities. This research focuses on the creative application of brick materials in the current state of the building industry and examines the application and modern techniques of brick materials in different samples in different spatial and temporal conditions. The research method cosists of two sections, using case study research method, based on documentary and library studies, and the list of perceptual concepts and corresponding design principles are classified. we would be able to identify the merits and demerits of each of the advanced construction methods about using brick materials in association with other materials. The conclusions of this study will lead to recommending a hybrid and technological model in the design and construction of brick facades by applying a double-layered dry facade for contextualized urban bodies
