Rehabilitation of worn-out urban tissues is one of the issues that can lead to the survival of the tissue and help preserve past values. The old texture of Kashan, unlike other old textures of Iranian cities, has this position, which is located in the center and the core of the city; And this creates a good platform for the revival of this valuable tissue. Kashan Jalali Castle is one of the valuable buildings of this texture. This building is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of the historical context and is close to many influential elements in the context. The building has had unrelated uses during various periods (inside the castle of agricultural lands) and unfortunately is still neglected and unloved by the owners and officials. The castle has two glaciers (one inside and one outside), both of which have been turned into garbage dumps. One of the main objectives of this project is to organize the Jalali Castle complex in order to deal with abandonment and neglect, and according to the originality of the building, as well as the reconstruction and dynamism of the castle due to the emphasis of international organizations to preserve and revive historic buildings to prevent Demolition and restoration of the building according to the standards with the approach of originality and maximum presence of people in the historical context and creating a sense of need to be in place and also highlighting the potentials in the historical context of Kashan. In the research method, the first step is to study the sources and historical texts of the work and its environment. In the next step, the architectural plans of the work and its maps are prepared, as well as important documents such as photographs, old image, comparative studies of the remaining evidence, as well as interviews with knowledgeable people, physical condition and original architecture of the complex. . After providing information about building recognition, we used the SWAT table analysis method. In SWOT analysis, first internal and external factors were identified. After identifying all the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, in the next step, after determining the components W, O and T, S, we analyzed their relationship with each other and their impact on each other. Finally, the accuracy of the potentials of this collection was estimated and a suitable restoration and revitalization plan was presented using the cultural and recreational center with the approach of the center of selling medicinal plants.
