Subsidized systems in different states are being used in various methods in order to recognize the eligibility of the targeted people to be sponsored with, which majority have been based on regression and primary data from handout surveys. But considering the abundance of individual and social data in contemporary era, as well as ability to save them on big data machines, the necessity of data analysis based methods is being felt as a vital gap, which are crucial in order to analyze and the collected data and deduct the useful knowledge out of it. Therefore, recognition of eligible people for subsidization in society can be the advantage of mentioned model. Thus, in this dissertation, Iranian people welfare data analysis based method, has been used for identification of eligible families, which concludes to display with clustering of families from two aspects of cost and revenue.
