In this research, the electrical properties of the layers used in perovskite-based solar cells have been investigated. First, an experimental sample of this type of solar cells according to the type of their structure and electrical properties of materials used in the layers of the cell structure as well as the type of composition of the absorbent layer, was investigated and modeled with numerical data with the calculation code Scaps. After matching the curves obtained from modeling with experimental curves, in investigating the role of perovskite and hole transfer layer, the effect of defect in the perovskite layer, the effect of defect on the interface of the layers, the effect of offset between the contact surfaces, the density of states, Electron-hole mobility in this cell, various strategies to increase efficiency were proposed. Finally, the most optimal mode was selected for the mentioned cases. Physical analysis of the efficiency increase for the optimal state was analyzed and evaluated.
