چكيده
مديريت موثر تعارض نقش تعيين كنندهاي در موفقيت و عملكرد پروژههاي عمراني دارد به گونهاي كه موفقيت مديران در گروِ مديريت موثر تعارض است. مهارتهاي هوشهيجاني به عنوان يك مؤلفهي مهم و پايهي مهارتهاي انساني ميتواند به حل و فصل و مديريت تعارض كمك كنند.
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تاثير مولفههاي هوشهيجاني بر روي سبكهاي مديريت تعارض مديران پروژههاي عمراني است. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده در اين مطالعه پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل دو گروه، مديران پروژههاي شركتهاي ساختمان و ابنيه داراي رتبه يك استان تهران و دانشجويان مديريت ساخت دانشگاههاي برتر تهران ميباشد كه در هر گروه تعداد 40 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوري داده شامل دو پرسشنامه تاليفي هوشهيجاني براساس مدل گلمن و پرسشنامه سبك مديريت تعارض بر اساس مدل رحيم است كه ضريب پايايي به دست آمده براي آنها به ترتيب 0.876 و 0.779 ميباشد.
يافتههاي مبتني بر برآوردهاي آماري ناشي از نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي و رگرسيون نشان ميدهد كه بين ابعاد هوشهيجاني و سبك تشريك مساعي در مديريت تعارض رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين مشخص گرديد كه بين ابعاد هوشهيجاني و سبكهاي اجتناب و اجبار در مديريت تعارض رابطه منفي و معناداري وجود دارد. براساس نتايج بدست آمده هيچ رابطهي معناداري بين هوشهيجاني و سبك مصالحه و سبك سازگاري در مديريت تعارض وجود ندارد.
همچنين مشخص گرديد كه هر دو جامعهي آماري در مواجهه با تعارض داراي ديدگاههاي يكساني ميباشند، به نحوي كه سبكهاي تشريك مساعي و اجبار متداولترين سبك در مواجهه با تعارض در ميان هر دو گروه بود. همچنين همگرايي نتايج مرتبط با مولفههاي هوشهيجاني در هر دو گروه مبيّن بهرهمندي هر دو جامعهي آماري به يك ميزان از هوشهيجاني است.

Effective conflict management plays a crucial role in the success and performance of development projects, so that the success of managers depends on effective conflict management. Emotional intelligence as an important and fundamental component of human skills can help resolve and manage conflicts.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence components on conflict management styles of construction project managers. The research method used in this study is survey. The statistical population of this study includes two groups, project managers working in first-grade construction companies in Tehran province and construction management students of top universities in Tehran. In each group, 40 people were selected using simple random sampling method.
Data collection tools include two innovative questionnaires. emotional intelligence questionnaire based on Goleman model and conflict management style questionnaire based on Rahim model. Reliability coefficient of 0.876 and 0.779 respectively is obtained.
Findings based on statistical estimates of the results of data analysis using correlation and regression tests show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and collaborating style conflict. It was also found that there is a negative and significant relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and forcing and avoiding conflict styles. Based on the results, there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence and compromising and accommodating conflict style.
It was also found that collaborating and forcing styles are the most common styles of conflict management in both statistical communities. Also, the convergence of the results related to the components of emotional intelligence in both groups shows that both statistical communities have the same level of emotional intelligence.
