in this research, the main purpose is to study and absorbent cooling systems with solid adsorbent, absorption refrigeration technologies and design and manufacture of a sample of absorption cooling device. In this regard, research and study on the use of adsorption systems and energy supply sources, types of adsorbents and adsorption pairs and adsorption cycles, mass recovery and heat recovery and energy and mass balance equations and adsorption rate and method of calculating the heat transfer coefficient of components Chillers (absorber, condenser and evaporator) were extracted and then the performance of two-bed absorption chillers with water-silica gel pair that has been made so far and the effect of operational and geometric parameters on its performance were investigated and then the chiller made by Saha et al. With 20 kg of silica gel and a capacity of 5 kw, it was selected as a model for validation and modeled with MATLAB software. After validation, a chiller device with a pair of silica gel water with a capacity of 1 kw and with 5 kg of silica gel with MATLAB software was modeled and after designing the components, with a compact design and special design of condenser and evaporator in a chamber without communication valves between components. After commissioning and data collection, w714 refrigeration power was obtained with a temperature difference of 22 oC to 18 oC. This sample with structural features can be a suitable design for the production of these chillers and is useful in industrial applications and the use of wasted thermal energy.
