The present study aims to present a conceptual model of the knowledge supply chain in the case study of HEKMAT Iranian banks. Here, the knowledge supply chain means the Nonaka four stages knowledge creation including the personal knowledge development, the knowledge transformation, the knowledge adaptating, and the knowledge networking for management of knowledge in the organization. Research’s methodology is implicated in aspects of perpuse and servey in aspect of performance. The statistical population is consisted of all the bank senior managers. According to Morgan table, the sample size was 60 persons which is questioned randomly. First, 30 factors which influence the knowledge creation are identified based on library method in organizations. A three step questionnaire was used to collect data in a way that the questionnaire in the first stage revieles the cause and effect relationship between the identified factors and the 4-stages Nonaka. The second phase of the questionnaire measures the relationship between factors to each other. Moreover, the third questionnaire estimates the current state of knowledge in the organization. The Cronbach's alpha of questionnaire was 93%. After collecting the necessary information, Vensim software is used to simulate the knowledge creation model. Finally, based on the dynamic simulation of the knowledge creation in the organization, the result was presented according to the two different scenarios of organisition.
