In today's interconnected and globalized world, efficient and low-cost transportation systems in global supply chains are recognized as the engine of economic growth and prosperity. with the globalization of trade, the importance of maritime transport, which connects all parts of the globe through water, has become increasingly apparent. Following the expansion of global trade liberalization in recent years, the importance and role of maritime logistics costs in the cost of export and import products has become very important. The most important features of marine logistics are cheaper shipping costs, the ability to move cargo in large volumes, longer shipping times and the impact of climatic factors. Therefore, as maritime transport is the least expensive type of transportation, maritime logistics has become one of the most important and up-to-date issues in the world. In Iran, due to the high potential of transportation by sea and communication with other countries through this way, the need to address this issue is important. Shipping traffic is expected to increase as maritime demand increases. Increased traffic flow at sea causes problems such as pollution of sea water and the environment that Improper management of shipping by ships and inefficient management of ports, the emission of greenhouse gases from maritime transport will further pollute the environment and warm the planet. Therefore, according to the issues raised in this research in the third part, a new problem has been solved according to the literature gap reviewed in the second part in the form of a case study. In the present study, first of all, in the first part of this research, the necessity of conducting research and in the second part, the concepts and terms of supply chain and marine logistics are introduced and the literature on the subject and background of research is discussed based on different indicators. and, it summarizes and explains the gaps in the literature, and in the third part, the definition of the problem under study and the effective parameters in it are done. The fourth section describes the results of problem solving for a case study using a mixed integer linear programming model, and finally the fifth section presents general and managerial suggestions for future research.
