The present study seeks to design a multi-functional commercial complex (sport mall) in this land and Emphasizing on the application of technological approaches in designing and engineering and Learningability of the traditional architecture of markets as an effective part as well as an identity in such buildings. This study consists of two parts: knowing the subject and design. The first part is theoretical that includes concepts, patterns and Recognize the desired space of the target and criteria of the research. Basic information is obtained through field and library studies, which after reviewing them, The principles obtained will be an introduction to the design department. In design part according to the principles and criteria, project needs, site analysis, and etc…, Provide options and Finally, we choose the final option. Studies are conducted by field survey, library studies Which is a kind of analytical and descriptive research.In this thesis, after examining the evolution and development of shopping centers in the world and Iran And their classification, The concept of the shell and related issues, atria, etc. are discussed. After scientific and field study of the bed and site design, and Also take into account the considerations of the establishment and access system Site geometry and view, physical plan, areas of shopping, leisure, office, services and support were calculated and presented separately. In addition, the principles and rules of the plan were presented in the form of rules related to theoretical foundations, physical planning, adaptation to the environment and the performance of the collection. In the final part, according to the aforementioned issues, different stages of design were done. In the first stage, the area that can be built on the project site was located and converted into a fluid form with the functional, climatic and aesthetic needs of the project and the site of the complex. Then, internal paths were developed, various functions were located in different floors and parts of the project and their relations with each other, as well as the creation of collective spaces inside and outside the complex and the creation of a unified whole in the complex. In continuation of this path and simultaneously with the process of development and volume formation responding to the needs and goals of the project, in the field of structural and technical problems, focusing on new technologies in the field of construction, the existing solutions were examined and tried. To select the best executive and practical answers related to the needs and issues of the project. The purpose of proposed plan is to meet the shortage of such spaces in the country and the need to design and build them to meet recreational and welfare needs of the youth of the society.
