Undoubtedly, project management has been one of the most important areas of management over the last few decades. The need for efficient and effective management of the project has led to the development of the area of project management in research and real issues, both theoretically and practically specifically addressed and has grown significantly over the past decades. The issue of scheduling a project with human skills (MSPSP) in its standard state is also a new issue in project scheduling, which was first introduced in 2002 and did not even mention the issue even in the most comprehensive project scheduling handbooks. Is. The problem of scheduling a project with regard to resource and staffing constraints (MSRCPSP) is one of the major issues in project management and one of the closest to the actual situation of projects. The purpose of this new issue is to schedule activities with regard to the preconditions and limitations of resources and human resources skills, so that each human resource has different skills. Also, every activity is met only with the qualified human resources required in the project. Given the fact that there is an uncontrollable factor in one of the common problems in conducting projects, projects are not completed in due course. Therefore, one of the goals of this thesis is to reduce the time of project completion. This thesis attempts to present sustainability models for the scheduling problem of the project, taking into account resource and staffing constraints (MSRCPSP), which will reduce the likelihood of project delays. Since this problem is classified as strictly non-polynomial issues, its exact resolution is not possible in real dimensions and logical times. As a result, three meta-algorithms for this problem have been introduced and expanded to find the appropriate and acceptable answer in real dimensions. and by using new techniques, we improve the solution to the problems and the accuracy of the answer, and then, by presenting and expanding a new model, closer to actual project conditions, and considering the possibility of delaying different activities with different values, and considering Ultimately, it leads to a more realistic timing than D models If the project manager is for. Then, to validate the model, the results of these algorithms are compared in a large example with the result of the MicroSoft Project software solution.
