بررسي كاربرد مفهوم شبكه هاي اجتماعي در پروژه هاي عمراني جهت پيش بيني كيفيت ارتباط بين افراد با در نظر گرفتن پويايي ارتباطات

ارتباطات مانند رگ هاي يك سازمان مي باشند, بدون ارتباطات اصولي سازمان يا شركت موفق نخواهد شد و آمارها نشان مي دهند كه مديران پروژه ها حدود 90% وقت خود را صرف ارتباطات مي كنند. در طول دو دهه گذشته تجزيه تحليل شبكه هاي اجتماعي توجه بيشتري در تحقيقات پروژه هاي ساختماني به دنبال داشته است. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير زمان بر كيفيت ارتباطات بين افراد درگير در پروژه ساخت مي باشد .براي رسيدن به اين هدف فرضيه اصلي تحقيق با عنوان: بررسي كاربرد مفهوم شبكه هاي اجتماعي در پروژه هاي عمراني جهت پيش بيني كيفيت ارتباط بين افراد با در نظر گرفتن پويايي ارتباطات تاثير زياد و معناداري تعيين شد. جامعه اماري اين پژوهش شامل كاركنان شركت سطح يك پيمانكاري در شهرتهران مي باشد. تعداد نمونه آماري پژوهش 100 نفر است كه توسط برنامه نويسي با الگوريتم شبكه عصبي مصنوعي براي پيش بيني كيفيت ارتباطات در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه در نظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و نيز آمار استنباطي داده ها تجزيه و تحليل شده اند. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه در گذر زمان كيفيت ارتباطات متغيير بوده و نحوه تغيير كيفيت ارتباطات با سن ، تحصيلات ، سابقه كاري و پست شخص در سلسله مراتب سازماني در ارتباط هستند . مديريت ارتباطات تاثير بسيار مهم و حائز اهميتي در بهره وري پروژه هاي عمراني دارد، به طوري كه به صورت متوسط كيفيت ارتباطات در گذر 6 ماه تقريبا 70% افزايش مي يابد.

Investigating social networks concept in construction projects to predict the quality of communication between individuals, taking into account the dynamics of communication

Communications are like the veins of an organization, without adequate communication the organization or company will not succeed, and the statistics show that project managers spend about 90% of their time on communication. Over the past two decades, social network analysis has attracted more attention in research on building projects. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of time on the quality of communication between the people involved in the construction project. In order to achieve this goal, the main hypothesis of the research was to Investigating social networks concept in construction projects to predict the quality of communication between individuals, taking into account the dynamics of communication has a significant impact. The research community includes employees of Yamam Sazeh Company in Tehran. The sample number of the research is 100 people, which is considered by programming with Artificial Neural Network Algorithm to predict the quality of communications. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics. The results of the research show that the quality of communication varies over time and how the quality of communication changes with age, education, work experience and post in the organizational hierarchy. Communication management has a very important and important impact on the efficiency of development projects. Also, in this research, a practical application is proposed to predict the quality of communication between those involved in the construction project.
