In this research, in addition to introducing the mechanism of magnetic coupling to other subjects such as rules governing the types of magnetic coupling, its applications in industry and design and construction of a prototype and the specifications needed in the industry with desirable parameters are discussed. First, the conceptual design parameters of this magnetic coupling are determined and then the construction map of a sample is presented. Finally, the construction, assembly, and testing of this coupling also will be presented as the result of the research. Besides, a review of the conducted researches and the existing designs in the world has also been studied in the design and construction of the prototype in this research which has helped greatly. Since this coupling is designed for use in the space industry, especially satellites, it can be easily investigated in industries with low sensitivity and similar applications such as marine industries. In this research, it is attempted to process the manufacturing process and production of this industrial coupling by presenting the ways and introducing different methods. In the end, all the documentation and acquired experience, including construction barriers, raw materials, and their properties, how to test and evaluate the construction of the coupling design have been reported.
