در دنياي امروز نقش رباتها در زندگي بشر بسيار مهم و اساسي است. در دوره اي فقط از ربات ها بمنظور انجام كارهاي سخت و دقيق در كارخانه ها استفاده مي شد. اما به مرور زمان نقش ربات ها در منازل و به عنوان خدمتكار، حيوان خانگي و... افزايش يافت تا جايي كه تعامل دو طرفه با ربات ها از عمده چالش ها قرن حاضر گرديد. اين پژوهش در سال 1399 در دوره اي كه سايه شوم بيماري كرونا در جهان سايه انداخته است، صورت گرفت. در دوره اي كه انسان ها به دليل ترس ناشي از بيماري كرونا سعي مي كنند تا به جاي حضور فيزيكي در اماكن مختلف از شبكه هاي اجتماعي بمنظور برقراري ارتباط استفاده نمايند. در اين راستا و در مواردي حضور فرد به جهت حركت، لمس و كشف محيط اطراف الزامي مي باشد. انتقال پيام و احساس به صورتي كه فرد قادر باشد از راه دور و از طريق حركت تله ربات آنرا به مخاطب خود منتقل نمايد مي تواند نقش بسيار مهمي در پذيرش حضور اين گونه ربات ها در محيط هاي كاري و از طرف مخاطب داشته باشد، به صورتي كه وي را ترغيب مي كند تا در استفاده از محيط كاري با تله ربات تعاملي شريك باشد. در اين تحقيق كاربردي با استفاده از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و در قالب پرسشنامه و مصاحبه و روش طوفان بدني سعي در طراحي حركات ربات كه بتواند احساس و پيام هايي كه با حركت المان هاي سر و بدن ربات از طرف مخاطب قابل تشخيص باشد، را دارد. كليپ هاي ويدئويي ساخته شده از روي بازي بازيگران توانمند تاتر از احساسات و پيام ها، مورد ارزيابي افراد مختلف قرار گرفته و مواردي كه بيشترين ميزان درك و شناخت از طرف مخاطب را دارد تعيين مي گردد.

Designing Interactive Robot with kansei Method

In today's world, the role of robots in human life is very important and fundamental. At one time, only robots were used to perform hard and precise work in factories but over time, the role of robots in homes as servants, pets, etc. increased to the point that two-way interaction with robots became one of the major challenges of the century. This research was conducted in the year 2020-2021 at a time when the ominous shadow of Coronavirus disease has overshadowed the world. At a time when people, due to fear of Coronavirus disease disease, try to use social networks to communicate instead of being physically present in various places. In this regard, and in some cases, the presence of the person is necessary to move, touch and explore the surrounding environment. Transmitting a message and feeling in a way that a person is able to transmit it to his audience remotely and through the movement of a robot can play a very important role in accepting the presence of such robots in the workplace and on behalf of the audience, this would encourage the partner to share the work environment with an interactive robot. In this applied research, using descriptive and inferential methods and in the form of questionnaires and interviews and with body storming methode, has been tried to design the movements of the robot that can be felt and messages that can be recognized by the audience by moving the elements of the robot's head and body. Video clips made from the play of capable actors of theater are evaluated by different people from emotions and messages, and the items that have the highest level of understanding and recognition by the audience are determined.
