محققان مسكن را بيش از نياز انسان به سر پناه مي دانند و اعتقاد دارند كه از جمله مسائل اصلي موثر بر شكل و فرم آن فرهنگ است.اما از آنجايي كه خود فرهنگ مفهومي پيچيده و بسيار عام مي باشد،نياز به آن است كه به مولفه هايي قابل سنجش و اندازه گيري بسط پيدا كند.سبك زندگي مفهومي است كه تا حد زيادي به وسيله آن ميتوان رابطه ميان فرهنگ و مسكن را مورد مطالعه قرار داد. دگرگوني سبك زندگي در طول دوره هاي تاريخي مختلف و ارتباط مستقيمي كه ميان آن با كالبد و فرم مسكن وجود دارد،امكان مطالعه و بررسي سير تاثير آن بر خانه را در دوره هاي مختلف فراهم مي كند.در اين طرح تحقيق به دنبال يافتن سير الگوي تغيير مسكن تهران از طريق مطالعه سير تغيير تحول سبك زندگي هستيم تا نشان دهيم كه ناديده انگاشتن مطالعات فرهنگي و مردم شناسانه در سال هاي اخير باعث كاهش و افت كيفيت مسكن شده است. بدين منظور و براي روش تحقيق،شيوه توصيفي-تحليلي به كار گرفته شده است.كه در مرحله اول شامل مطالعات كتابخانه اي براي به دست آوردن ادبيات موضوع(فصل دوم) و مطالعات ميداني براي برداشت نمونه هاي موجود در شهر تهران كه شامل خانه هايي در دوره هاي قاجار،پهلوي اول،پهلوي دوم،اوايل انقلاب و معاصر متاخر است(فصل چهارم) استفاده شده است. سپس خانه هاي هر دوره بر اساس مصاحبه و پرسشنامه هايي كه از طريق ساكنين آنها براي به دست آوردن سبك زندگي انجام شده اند،انطباق كالبدي پيدا كرده اند،تا نحوه تاثير سبك زندگي بر آنها معلوم گردد. در آخر و به منظور نتيجه گيري تمامي اين خانه هاي كنار هم قرار گرفته اند تا يكبار از طريق تحليل هاي كالبدي و يكبار ديگر از طريق تحليل هاي مبتني بر سبك زندگي سير تغييرات تاريخي آنها معلوم شود.نتايج نشان مي دهد كه دگرگوني سبك زندگي ارتباط مستقيمي و قابل مشاهده اي بر كالبد خانه گذاشته است و عدم شناخت و مطالعات كافي بر اين زمينه باعث شده كه در دوره هاي متاخر تر خانه ها چنان كه بايد براي كاربران خود مناسب نباشند.

Designing a neighborhood unit in District 11 of Tehran using the housing model according to the lifestyle over time

Researchers consider housing more than a human need for shelter and believe that culture is one of the main issues affecting its shape and form.But since culture itself is a complex and very general concept, it needs to be developed into measurable components. Lifestyle is a concept by which the relationship between culture and housing can be studied to a large extent. Lifestyle changes during different historical periods and the direct relationship between them and the form and form of housing, allows the study and study of its impact on the home in different periods.In this research project, we seek to find the pattern of housing change in Tehran by studying the evolution of lifestyle changes to show that ignoring cultural and anthropological studies in recent years has reduced the quality of housing. For this purpose and for the research method, a descriptive-analytical method has been used. In the first stage, it includes library studies to obtain literature on the subject (Chapter 2) and field studies to collect samples in Tehran, which include houses. In the Qajar period, the first Pahlavi, the second Pahlavi, the beginning of the revolution and the late contemporary (Chapter 4) have been used. Then, the houses of each period are physically adapted based on interviews and questionnaires conducted through their residents to obtain a lifestyle, in order to determine how the lifestyle affects them. Finally, in order to conclude, all these houses have been put together to determine the course of their historical changes, once through physical analysis and once again through lifestyle-based analysis.The results show that lifestyle changes have a direct and visible relationship on the body of the house, and lack of knowledge and adequate studies in this field has caused that in later periods, houses are not as suitable for their users.
