Iran also ranks third in the world in terms of natural disasters and annually spends 7 to 12 percent of GDP on compensation for natural disasters. Occurrence of natural disasters and the need for rapid response in times of crisis, geographical extent and access to different and difficult areas, use of existing potentials, inefficiency of fixed treatment systems in critical situations, the need for flexibility and expansion of treatment systems over time and proportion With the medical needs, the extent and locality of the rail transportation system in Iran increases the importance of forming a mobile rail treatment system. In addition, the breadth of railways in Iran is such that they cover the whole country geographically, and in some places, railways pass through areas that are difficult to access through other modes of transportation. The capability of medical infrastructure based on rail transport is underdeveloped.
In fact, this study seeks to know what operational structure and criteria are required if using a mobile rail health care system. In this regard, first to develop the operational structure, protocols and rules of ambulance trains and then to create a mobile rail treatment system that provides medical services at the lowest cost and in the fastest possible time and using the facilities available in normal and emergency situations. To pay. In this project, the mobile treatment system is designed in such a way that in normal and emergency situations, it provides health services in accordance with the treatment priorities to different areas and is difficult to cross. This hospital train provides services in normal conditions like a fixed hospital and in critical situations like a field hospital.
The research method is descriptive analysis, which uses the library method to collect information and studies and analyzes the content of specialized texts, standards and criteria, analyzes case studies and field visits, then data based on qualitative methods; They have been described, explained and interpreted (descriptive analysis) and at the end, the research findings have been used in designing a functional sample to measure the capability and feasibility of the research findings.
