به طور معمول معماران به دلايل مختلفي براي حفظ موقعيت خود تلاش دارند تا اقدام به انحصاري كردن حرفه خود كنند و نقش كاربر را بي ارزش نمايند. با اين حال تعدادي از معماران نقش كاربر را در تدوين معماري، موثر مي دانند. طرح هايي كه خواهان انفعال و تابعيت محض كاربران هستند باعث يكنواخت شدن فضا و انفعال كاربر مي گردند و از بروز رفتارهاي خلاقانه در كاربران جلوگيري مي كنند. امروزه اهميت مسكن دوچندان شده است چون كه زمان حضور افراد در خانه براي كارهايي چون استراحت، كار كردن و يا آموزش پيش از پيش شده است. در اين راستا نقش فضاهاي چند عملكردي در مشاركت كاربر در تكميل و تفسير شخصي از فضا بسيار مهم است زيرا فرمي كه داراي عملكردي معين باشد، خلاقيت و آزادي در استفاده از فضا را از كاربر مي گيرد. در پژوهش حاضر، فرض برآن است كه در صورتي كه اگر ساكنين مجتمع هاي مسكوني اين توانايي را داشته باشند تا هر فضا را به شيوه هاي متنوع و دلخواه خود استفاده كنند؛ در اين صورت احتمال بروز رفتارهاي نو و خلاقانه در ميان آنها افزايش خواهد يافت. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي چگونگي نقش فضاهاي تطبيق پذير يا به عبارتي فضاهاي چند عملكردي در ارتقاء خلاقيت ساكنين مجتمع هاي مسكوني حال حاضر در ايران است. روش انجام اين پژوهش شامل سه مرحله گردآوري داده ها در زمينه فضاهاي چند عملكردي، بهره گيري از پرسشنامه صاحب نظران و انجام آزمون خلاقيت تورنس بر روي 90 نفر از ساكنين شهرك مسكوني اميد تهران بوده است. در مراحل دوم و سوم به ترتيب از روش تحليل عاملي كيو و همچنين روش تحليل واريانس چند متغيره مانوا (MANOVA)، به عنوان ابزار اندازه گيري استفاده شده است. يافته هاي حاصل از انجام اين مراحل به شناسايي 10 عامل مهم به عنوان راهكارهايي موثر در چند عملكردي شدن فضاها در مسكن منجر شد. در ادامه، مقايسه اين عوامل با نتايج آزمون خلاقيت در شهرك مسكوني اميد تهران نشان داد كه چند عملكردي بودن فضاها در مسكن امروزي مي تواند در افزايش خلاقيت افراد ساكن در مجتمع هاي مسكوني موثر واقع شود.

Assess the role of multifunctional spaces in promoting the creativity of housing users

Architects usually try to monopolize their profession for various reasons and devalue the role of the user. However, some architects consider the role of the user in the development of architecture to be effective. Designs that seek the passivity and pure citizenship of users make the space and passivity of the user uniform and prevent the occurrence of creative behaviors in users. Today, the importance of housing has doubled because it is time for people to come home for work such as rest, work or training. In this regard, the role of multi-functional spaces in user participation in the completion and personal interpretation of space is very important because a form that has a certain function, takes creativity and freedom to use space from the user. In the present study, it is assumed that if the residents of residential complexes have the ability to use any space in a variety of ways and as desired; In this case, the possibility of new and creative behaviors among them will increase. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of adaptable spaces or in other words, multi-functional spaces in promoting the creativity of the residents of residential complexes in Iran. The method of this research included three stages of data collection in the field of multi-functional spaces, using a questionnaire of experts and conducting a Torrance creativity test on 90 residents of Omid residential town in Tehran. In the second and third stages, Q factor analysis method as well as MANOVA multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used as measurement tools, respectively. The findings of these steps led to the identification of 10 important factors as effective solutions to the multifunctional spaces in housing. Then, comparing these factors with the results of creativity test in Omid residential town of Tehran showed that the multi-functional spaces in today's housing can be effective in increasing the creativity of people living in residential complexes.
