Due to the increasing installation of passenger elevators in buildings on the one hand and the lack of engineering warning system in existing elevators, the need to design and install an effective and efficient system based on engineering principles is felt.
The main purpose of this project is to create such a system for installation in elevators in order to minimize accidents and human losses.
In this dissertation, a system was designed that can be used to issue a warning to the maintenance technician or engineer if there is vibration and vibration in the passenger elevators, and necessary measures are taken. And consider the need for troubleshooting or repairs.
For this purpose, a system was designed based on the IoT, which includes several electronic modules, and after designing the system, it has been built so that it can take the required data in the elevator and launch IoT based alerts. For this purpose, first with the first Arduino programming, the elevator data was evaluated to determine the usual vibration limit in the elevator, and then with the second Arduino programming, the elevator vibrations can be identified and the system Send an online alert for excessive vibration.
For this purpose, the system, which was designed and installed based on the Internet of Things, sends an alert that is based on sending an email. Avoid or minimize more passenger elevators and also avoid higher costs.
